1. The white 4-tier shelf received W/ Several pieces of paint chipped. One chip was 2" lg. Will fix.
2. Pumpkin Handle covers way too wide for new/modern refrigerator. Handle cover has two ends,
With velcro to hold cover around handle. Cover measures 6" dia. Door handle measures 4" dia. Therefore, cover slides to bottom of handle and flops around, does not stay up in the middle of handle where it should. Customer service told me they would send postage free label to return, but that will not be satisfactory if they deduct the $11.99 like the info on side of label states, which will only give me a credit of $. 75 for my trouble of returning this item. The sunflower solar lights are connected with a very short cord. Was hoping to place them more than 3 feet apart. But, they are pretty.

I ordered a flashlight online from Collections etc. on 02/09 for $29.93, because I wanted to shop somewhere other than Amazon. And I am happy with the product. However, I did not realize when I selected "free shipping" that this selection came with a sneaky little clause in the Terms & Services agreement, which signed me up for a "Premier Savings" membership, for $15.99 a month... I would have canceled this immediately but it took me 6 months to even notice this strange charge on my credit card kept showing up. So I called the customer service at Collections etc. Premier Savings department and they canceled it for me, but it seems like a scam that they run quite often. So I essentially paid $125 for a $30 flashlight. I just want to let people know to watch out for this trick that they pull with their "free shipping" offer. I'll never shop there again for sure.

I received part of my orderand I loved it. The rest of the order isn't being sent till December. I needed it for fall decorating.

Was promised it was "on the way'... then UPS said the tracking number was incorrect... Collections Etc says it should be at my door (not so). Someone had better get their stories straight

When you order its just as shown and excellent to put together. Some items in other catalogs are missing parts or don't line up, Collections is right on!

Beautiful color, leaf placement and height. I plan to put this on my dinning room table. It perfectly matches a tree size product I purchased from you a few years ago. In addition to using my original tree in my home, I've also used it as an appetizer table centerpiece and received many favorable comments. I can't wait to use them together!

The set of 2 green bath rugs were just what I wanted, and quality is good for the price. Also ordered set of kitchen cat-themed towels. They are cute, but the fabric is very thin.

I received the majority of my order. I do have 2 items that are on back order and those I received advanced notice for. There was 1 item that showed on the manifest that was supposed to be included and was not. I called to report it and was told to wait a few more days to see if it showed up. It did not, so I called again and was told it would be sent out but to give it 7-10 working days. When it's the fault of the company I feel that the shipping should have been expedited. Other than that everything I received is good.

Hi, I just have a feed back about the customer service that was prompt to resolve my double order but didn't let me talk about my opinion too much in the end. The person thanked me and stuff but I don't know if you guys have a certain amount of time you can spend with each customer but I felt the person really wanted to go soon and I felt uncomfortable with that. I have experience in customer service and that should had ended as expected. Maybe that person was a new employee, so just this feed back as your request. Thanks.
