I absolutely love my snowman shower curtain! It's exactly how I pictured it! And I also got a Snowman dishwasher cover and it was soooo cute! My sister is jealous!

I have been ordering from Collections Etc. for years. I have never really had a problem with them. My orders are received in a timely manner and the products are always good quality. The time that I did receive a defective product it was replaced immediately with no problems. I will continue to order from them especially at Christmas. I get the vast majority of my Christmas decorations from Collections and a good many of my Christmas gifts. Halloween is another great time to order. Good prices and fun products!

Very poor audio sound. Need to make major improvements. This is absolutely ridiculous! Make a better clock.

I have been ordering from this company for years, I placed an order on December 17th they sent me this awesome promo code Merry22 For free shipping, They obviously know I'm placing this order for Christmas and using this promo code really helped me out, I didn't realize it was for standard only which takes 10 days to arrive minde you it's been a really trying year... but it took 4 days to pack up my order And they are telling me I'm going to receive it on the December 27, then customer service rep proceeds to tell me I should have expedited the shipment i don't understand why they can't just ship out my items why would it take 4 days to package my items, Never had a problem like this before I live paycheck to paycheck thanks to this screwed up economy and I now have nothing to put underneath my tree for my family for Christmas because my items will not arrive at my house until December 27 thank you for ruining Christmas and thank you for not understanding my situation in life.

Trees are pretty; but very cheaply made(styrofoam form underneath the few branches). So cheap that the top of one pulled off! Yes, OFF.
Had stopped ordering from this company due to POOR COMMUNICATION; but this is the last time.
(Ordered these on 11.29.22: could not get info as to when they were shipping! Just received the order about 12.16?.22. Even after calling them, got no answer after being put on HOLD. Then. Got disconnected.

We have a Walker Coon Hound that makes a bee line to the Livingroom couch and love seat anytime we our out. She leaves hair and dark spots on our off white furniture and their is no way to stop her! The collections furniture covers are perfect covering 95% of the surfaces from her rath. They also look neat and match the decor. They were a perfect pick.

The comforter, sheet set, and throw were very cute! Don't expect this to be heavy. All of these are light and thin. The lights turn on very easy. Very cute! The only thing I need now are the pillow shams to match!
