I ordered a pewter picture frame, a shoulder wrap, a drink mixer and a pair of dog toys and ALL we're worth it. The value of the products were like going to the store and picking them out directly. They were also appreciated by the recipient.

Two of the three items received were fine, but I ordered a calendar for a gift and recieved a 2022 calendar. Why would I order a 2022 calendar in December? Wanted 2023.

Their shipping is very very slow. Placed an order the 5th of Dec. Qnd finally it was delivered Dec. 21st only I had to go to the neighbors house to retrieve the package because FedEx does not know how to read house numbers. Which that isn't collections etc. fault.

I ordered and received two outdoor Christmas decorations. I was so excited to get them because I didn't have any outdoor Christmas decorations. Anyway, I could have sworn that I had ordered a particular item, and Collections, etc. had sent me the wrong item. So when I received it, I called and spoke to a not-very-nice customer representative, and she insisted that the correct item was sent. I told her that Collections, etc. didn't, but rather than make a fuss and return it, I decided to keep it. It's supposed to be a solar light, and it doesn't work anyway. After all, it would have cost $11.99 to return it which would have been taken off my refund. So, it wouldn't have been worth it to me.

Yes I received my package and everything was in good condition and the people that I gifted the items to was very pleased with them.

I have ordered only twice from this company. The first time the item was not what it appeared to be in the catalog and when I wanted to send it back, I would have had to pay shipping, processing fees I would have only gotten a few dollars back on my purchase. I ended up sending it to someone as a gift and they thought it was fine. This time I ordered two things on an order the first came and I'm happy with it but the second never came and I was never informed that it was out of stock. When I ordered it I was to get free shipping and $5 off if the order was over $25. I ordered by phone and went over the order with the person who took it who assured me I got the $5 off etc etc. This morning I called the company because I wanted a refund for that particular item that did not come. I was told that I was never charged for it and when I questioned why I was being charged the amount I was they told me there was a $6 processing fee and that it was tax and processing that brought it up to that. However, I did not realize till after I hung up that I never did get the $5 off apparently and I was never informed of the $6 processing fee when I ordered. Neither was I informed when this was out of stock. I had to do some digging to find that out. It was to be a Christmas gift and of course it never arrived and when I went on the tracking number I found that there was no such tracking number. The company has some nice items I will admit, but I do not like the way they do business and I feel like they are sneaky with hidden fees. No wonder they can give you a free shipping option. I told them to take my name off of the mailing list and that I would never order from them again because I do not feel like they are honest and upfront. When I told the person that I had gone over the order with the person when I ordered it she told me I must have misunderstood. I explained that I was very careful in making sure I was getting what I was told I was. She basically in a roundabout way called me a liar. Just wanted people to know what my experience with this company was. I will not ever order from them again!

The fly through bird feeder is perfect for small birds. We have it hanging right outside our kitchen window. It's amazing how many birds can use it at one time. The price was much lower than competitors and for the identical feeder! Easy to fill and a joy to watch.

I received the 12/4 order of tealights. However, I placed another order on 12/8 and so far I have only received 1 of the 2 pillows ordered. I received a delivery confirmation email about the 2 sitting gnomes, but I did NOT receive them! I am still looking for those 2 sitting gnomes, the second pillow, and 2 nightgowns. All of that was ordered on December 8. Where is it? I can't give you a good rating when I am having to endure so much frustration and disappointment.

Have ordered several items through Collections Etc. And have been pleased with everything that has come. Only had one problem and they corrected it quick. Thanks.
