I have shopped with the company for many years and have been very satisfied till this time, I have asked five different times to get a return label and can't get one sent to me. Very sad.

I have never had a problem with delivery of items offered and always receive in timely manner

L love shopping Collections etc. I've been a customer of theirs for at least 15 years or more. Nice selection's in all departments. Their prices are reasonable and for the most part good quality. Only thing I wish that their shipping was faster. They use Fed Ex which they are hard on their way of handling packages. I wished they used UPS.

As a rule i don't have any problems shopping this site. I live on a budget & appreciate the prices...i think the service charge should be known before you get to the check out page.

Your site is hard to navigate

I always find what I'm looking for. Even out of stock items are shipped in a timely manner and I have always been satisfied with my purchases!

The pictures of the products do not accurately match the actual product. For example I purchased a mat with the picture of a cat on it according to the online picture. What I actually received was a " cat shaped " mat. It serves no useful purpose as a mat or decoration.

Products I purchased are a great value.
