I wanted a small holiday tree that I can keep out for other holidays besides Christmas. This little tree is exactly what I've been looking for to do that. The pup toys? Well, she is terribly spoiled. LOL
The cover was perfect for our room. Turned the chair into a whole new furniture piece and looks classy not sloppy. Color was perfect. Also, from ordering to delivery it was a simple, seamless transaction.

This time I ordered the dishwasher magnet. Have had one before I use it on my refrigerator. In the last 8 years my old one is still looking brand new. I just wanted a different look in the kitchen. They work great on freezers, refrigerators, dishwashers, whatever is magnetic and it's a beautiful way to perk up your room.
I don't understand why certain companies have to "charge" the customer a return/shipping/etc fee when you purchase from them.
Their, in this case Collections, business model must be successful since they have been around a number of years, so you know they're making good to great profits.
I simply think it's wrong to make the customer pay a return shipping charge (deducted from your return or you use your own freight company, granted your choice) when they've likely paid shipping at point of sale. But, fat cats gotta have more to get fatter and fatter.
Good delivery tape is not removable as said you have to use stuff to get off or it will tear the paint off with it
I had a great experience ordering from this company. I ordered 2 comfortable a quilt and I am very pleased with them all.
Tried to order over the telephone-I am 72 years old and not that computer literate. The rep that I tlked to ddn't want to take my order and told me to go online. When I insisted;on placing the order she did. But thern when billing came I gave her a credit card and she said it wouldnt go through. I gave her 2 other card numbers and she said they all did not go through. She tole me to go to my bank and see what the problem was. It was a saturday and the bank was closed. I TOLd HER THE CARD WAS GOOD SINCE i CHECNKED MY BALANCE THAT MORNING. Later a friend did the order online and the card went through. I am very concerned that II gave her 3 card numbers and I hope she didn't write them down. I called later and your rep said my information was safe but I am afraid of fraud. Otherwise I love your products and had no trouble with the phone reps in the past.
Purchased this for an elderly gentleman that is on dialysis with my bother. He is really enjoying it.
These table runners are really pretty. They shipped quickly.
While the order was fine I was to have free shipping which I received & then they tacked on an additional 6.50 in case the order is lost. Seriously I have to pay additional money on the outside chance the package is lost and if we have to return something. I had to place this order. Are you kidding me? Never again will I order for this company.
My original item came broken and the replacement arrived in tact and quickly.
