Have recently had a terrible experience with Collections Etc. I had ordered an item that was on sale for $90, then shipping and processing added $20.65 for a total of $111.59. Unfortunately, when I received the order it was missing a key part. They couldn't/wouldn't send the part and they sent me a return label and I had to disassemble and repackage a large item and haul to the post office and they were to then ship a replacement. Collecctions Etc received the item returned and instead of replacing the item, they issued a refund for the cost of the item only. When I called their customer service I was told that they don't refund shipping and processing fees. I tried to explain that they item was missing a part so how could they charge me shipping and handling on an item that was defective. All I got in return was "it is our policy not to refund shipping and processing". I then asked to talk to a customer service manager in their US office. That person also reiterated that is their policy, but in this case they would now issue a refund for the $20.65. Unfortunately, that never happened. This was the last time I will ever order anything from Collections Etc.
Orders came in timely matter. I ordered lots of things and all came on same day (which I prefer). I did however order Rooster Kitchen clock/light. Which the light doesn't work. The clock does and I won't return it. I dislike returning things.
I am pleased with my order. They were just what I was looking for.
Easy to order, fast delivery, not missing parts or wrong items
I purchased two sets of four thermal room darkening drapes due to the fact I have many windows that needed to be covered to keep the cold out in the winter and the blaring bright Sun in the summer. Since we recently had some bitter cold weather they helped keep the cold out in my bedroom and dining room.
I got the chair sliders and I really like them. Then were easy to order and the order came quickly.
Unfortunately both the slippers and sandals were very poor quality materials and not true to size. I will need to send both back. Would not recommend to anyone.

The order arrived fine but I now need to receive a return label to use to return one pair. My friend, who I was purchasing the two pairs for is happy with one pair of shoes, does not care for the other. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
