Usually quick on shipping & items arrive as described. Customer Service has always made thing right, if something came damaged, and a replacement was needed. I'll keep shopping there, but usually try to use a Coupon Code for Free s/h.
Do not return items because they don't give you shipping back and they charge a lot for shipping mine was almost double of the product will not buy from again

2 of the 3 items were fine. The slippers were clearly too small. I have gotten size 7 (my normal size) in the past and they were fine. This pair was more like a 6. I cannot wear them. It was too costly for me to return them. You should have paid for their return. I will not be doing business with your company again because of this.

I like the Americana Star Patch Quilt and the light blue terry slippers that I ordered from Collections Etc. I wear a size 10 shoe, and the slippers are comfy, but next time I will order the size XL (fits 10-11) instead of the L (fits 9-10).
