My experience was "EXCELLENT" with this company. Customer Service was always available to answer any questions I had. The staff was the best ever. The White Glove and the Delivery team was the best ever. They really cleaned up their garbage after finishing up the furniture and covered their shoes before entering and exiting my house.
We ordered a couch from Coleman Furniture. We got it for a great price and ordering was easy. The delivery went well and it arrived in great condition. They scheduled the delivery and it arrived when they said and even gave me a 30 minute heads up that they were nearby making it super convenient.
The drawers open up on its own. It remains half open, its annoying. Not sturdy, moves back and forth. Inside it it's well done.

I had issues with the first table I ordered. They stood behind it and replaced it. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the second one but it was definitely better.
I chatted with a rep first who answered my questions. Then Chris completed my invoice and it was so simple!
I ordered a full office set including desk, bookcases and credenza. One of my bookcases showed signs of a pest infestation. When I called, they were very quick to respond. They asked for pictures and a video showing the damage. After review, they agreed to replace. I received the replaced unit which was installed with White Glove treatment and removed the other bookcase.
I ordered a sideboard that I initially found at another site. I did a search and found out that it was made by Coleman and that I could get it at their site for several hundred dollars less WITH free white glove delivery.
I did a lot of research and it seems to support that you sell quality items at a good price at a good price. There were lots of choices and I think I made a good purchase. I hope it's as beautiful as it looks on the website!
Buyer beware! I purchased sofa and loveseat from Coleman Furniture. The sofa arrived damaged with a hole poked through the leather on the back and multiple marks of what appears to be ball point pen on the cushion. They were going to charge me $675 in fees to refuse the damaged goods. When I called to report the damaged sofa, the customer service representative was combative and rude. Moreover, the delivery was rescheduled twice and I received the merchandise weeks later than what I was led to believe. I give 2 stars because I did get a discount price. I guess you get what you pay for. They won't fool me twice.

We found our dream sectional for almost half the price as the actual sectional! I had to call to make payment (unable to do it online) and they were very helpful and thorough through that process. Delivery was expected weeks before the sectional arrived. We had many issues with the delivery getting delayed because they were short staffed. (The gentleman that ended up doing our delivery was ALONE). If we didn't have someone at the house capable of helping lift sock heavy objects, we have no clue how he would've done it alone.
Coleman furniture is reputable business and product workmanship is very nice. However, delivery of item took 5.5 weeks from order being placed due to shipping partner limited delivery times/dates was our understanding. Also, 3rd drawer was nicked upon delivery. Called customer service immediately and they were going to give a minimal deduction or send us a new drawer to insert ourselves. Customer service never explained that the holes for sliders would not be drilled, and replacement drawer had some damage as well. We are currently waiting on a resolution from Coleman
I took a chance on this purchase after seeing it online and reading reviews. I thought about it for months and finally made up my mind. Shipping happened a little quicker than I thought and delivery was very easy and professional. I do wish the cushions on the couch were a little wider. There's a small gap when I move them a little. Also, the couch had an odor which I'm bit sure if it was due to being stored so I had to use some fabric sanitizer and deodorizer because it was bothering me. I didn't recall anyone mentioning it needing to be aired out but just something to note. It was fine after a day ro two. It has been two weeks and the couch is ok so far. Pretty comfortable even though it sits low it hasn't been an issue.
Couch was delivered as described. Very comfy, material is awesome, and the couch itself is nice and roomy. The kids love it! The delivery crew came and provided excellent service. All three gentlemen were nice a respectful and had no issue setting up the furniture.
From ordering to delivery, my experience was awesome, I was updated when my order left the warehouse, given an estimated time of delivery, I got text messages to say when my order would be delivered, customer service was real nice and pleasant when I had a question they were easy to reach. The delivery team was very professional, they came on time, called to say they were on the way and also gave an eta. My furniture was delivered, installed and they cleaned up.
Ordering my dining room set from start to finish was an absolutely perfect experience. The process was easy and straightforward, communication was clear, and every step — from placing the order to delivery — went smoothly. The set arrived exactly as described, on time, and in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with both the quality of the furniture and the level of service I received. Highly recommend!

Really easy and happy to shop with Coleman furniture. Delivery team was professional and helpful. Furniture looks great. Just like the pictures.
Loved the bed! This gave us plenty of room to put clothes in. The drawers were made well on this set. Delivery was on time and very good.
I ordered a beautiful gray sectional sofa. The delivery people came exactly when they were suppose to. The wedge was the wrong piece. It had to be taken back. Two of the toss pillows were missing. It took a while to get the right piece to match my sofa. So they delivered the wedge and another toss cushion. Upon inspection I found a place under the cushion that the sewing had come loose there was a good size hole that has to be repaired to keep it from ripping further. Coleman's paid me compensation for the tare in the fabric so I didn't have to send it back and wait even longer for it to come back. The screw on legs were not with the new wedge they brought. They agreed to ship the other pillow along with the legs. So they came pretty quick. And it took another week for the check to get deposed in my account. It was aggravating but finally I got everything except for the cushions being a little bit hard I am happy with the furniture.
Placed my order. Received correspondence on delivery date and received excellent delivery service. Coleman had the best prices also.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
