While my furniture showed no outward damage when delivered, i noticed after the delivery people left that the broke the spanner and the drawer rail. (should have opened all the drawers i suppose. Customer service refused to send a replacement unit, gave me a shady option of calling my own furniture repair tech and submitting the bill to them. Do no recommend
Online order great, customer support great. You order though seems like they have everything, but they don't. So can take months to get. I had to follow up on delays. No follow up email on delay. Delivery communication was great as was delivery and set up. I bought the warranty but that warranty company sounds HORRIBLE if you ever need itl
The original server was damaged when it revived at the warehouse from the factory. I felt the damage was too great to be repaired and requested new replacement server. Coleman did a good job of keeping me in the loop until the replacement server arrived.
I ordered the sectional giving myself time before the warm weather. The couch came within 2 weeks, way before the estimated time. It's covered in snow now but it looks beautiful and we can't wait to use it!
Excellent service. The 2 men that delivered our furniture were very proficient. They made sure everything was cleaned up and located the furniture for us. Very pleased with the couch and 2 chairs
Making the purchase. My experience was fine. However getting the items I purchased was disappointing. I paid for a white glove service that did not include service I thought I was paying for. I wish that I had known when I paid for the service that it did not include hauling away the old mattress and box spring.

Beautiful 17 chairs for a dental practice at a good price. Customer service interactions on the surface are a 5, the speed, accuracy of what was promised and actual arrival time were a 2. I would still purchase potentially but know to plan for 5-6 weeks difference of what website and CS reps say.
Found Coleman Furniture online that was selling the same furniture for quite a bit less than the store that actually makes it. Kaye Traya was great to work with. She was able to confirm the overall dimensions of the sectional and also honored the sale price after the new year. Great communication between them and the white glove delivery service that was provided free of charge!
Ordering from the website was easy and convenient. However, the entire process after this was a disaster and I currently have damaged furniture waiting to be repaired.
I received confirmation that my item shipped and was delivered to the local warehouse for delivery. They told me the earliest delivery date was 2 weeks later, which makes the delivery of the item at over a month for an in stock item with promised delivery well before this date. The main issue was that the delivery team offered me one date with absolutely no time frame. I explained that I had an event that day and would only be available anytime before 3:00pm. They again refused to give any time frame and said delivery could occur until 8:00pm and I would be notified the day prior of a more specific time frame. I explained that the day would not work then due to my event and the fact they could not schedule delivery prior to 3:00pm. They then told me that was the only date available and I would just have to wait and they would contact me at a later time to schedule a different date. I attempted to resolve the issue during that phone call but was ultimately hung up on by the delivery scheduler. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor. None were available, but I was told somebody would call me back. 2 business days later and no call. I called Coleman directly to again attempt to resolve. They contacted the delivery team who still gave a response of 1 date and no time frame on the day of my event. The coleman representative told me they would work on it and call me back. Again, several business days later and no call back from the delivery team supervisor, the delivery team or Coleman. It took several more calls to Coleman to get a delivery scheduled. To date, no supervisor from the delivery team ever called, even though their employees feel it is appropriate to hang up on the customer. When my item was delivered, the dresser drawers would not close or open properly. We notated this on delivery and spoke with a Coleman representative while the delivery team was at our house. They ensured us the dresser would be fixed. I received a call from Coleman about 2 weeks later offering me a discount to keep the damaged item rather than fix or replace it. I was frustrated because it was delivered damaged and I also purchased the additional warranty protection. I told them I would like the furniture repaired/replaced. They are in the process of sending replacement parts and then will schedule a technician. It was been 3 weeks since delivery and I still have the damaged furniture.
Save yourself the time and headache and buy locally. We purchased an entire bedroom set from Coleman and if I could do it again, I would pay the extra and purchase it from a local company.
Ordering, communicating with customer service, communicating with delivery set up, and the actual delivery we could not have asked for better. Love the piece. It's exactly what we expected. Quality looks very good.

I have read mixed reviews about Coleman Furniture and was nervous that I might have a difficult experience. I was pleasantly surprised when everything went seamlessly delivering my bedroom set. Communication was consistent throughout the whole process from the representative and delivery was conducted carefully and smoothly. I highly recommend Coleman Furniture for anyone who wants quality furniture and exceptional customer service.
The delivery was on time n packaged well. The chairs were easy to put together and the wrench was included. Will order more furniture from Coleman.
Coleman has the best prices. We saw the exact sectional at a major furniture retailer and it was $4000 more. The delivery team was courteous, very careful, and experienced. Would definitely purchase from Coleman again.

The set arrived in excellent condition and the set up guys took care of setting it all up. We love the color, the functionality and quality. We are very satisfied and highly recommend. The set works great in a smaller bedroom like we have because we have so much storage space now. We have gotten lots of compliments on it from our friends
I would definitely order from a Coleman furniture in the future. I was really pleased with my furniture and their communication before and during delivery.
Great prices and great furniture options
1st table top broken along with a chair. Followed directions and call rep very rude acted like we broke it. Had us send pictures then made delivery guys send same thing. Would not listen. Told them to leave the base so we could not use eating area till we receive new top. Emails were not answered for days

We ordered a bedroom set and are happy with the set. It seemed liked it took a long time to get here and I had to use the chat bot to get information about the status of the order. There could have been more up dates. But over all wee are happy with what we got. We would order from them again.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
