Just ordered a coffee table and it shipped here via fedex. The assembly only took a couple of minutes and was pretty simple. I like the table and it goes nicely with my living room set. Shipping was free even tough it is pretty heavy.
The bedroom set pieces were cheaper when bought together all at once. We already owned the bed from before so I called asking if they can give us the pricing seen as a set without the bed for the remaining pieces. The sales guy was happy to oblige and we were happy with discount.
We upgraded to a sectional and found the selection to be large and the pricing to be low. We didn't want to spend too much and discussed thi with the salesman. He showed us how to narrow our search down to only show those in our budget. This feature helps if you don't want to be tempted to spend more than you were planning on.
Our old desk was a laminate type that sat in our office and over the years has started to peel at the corners. We decided it's time to update it. We found a nice liberty desk that was geared with the computer and printer space as well as a keyboard drawer that had a front that flips up so your pens and small items don't roll out. After locating the desk we wanted we shopped around online and found it at coleman slightly more than a competitor. However once we priced out shipping charges at the other website they came out about $50 more than coleman as it had free shipping over here.
My wife came home from the ashley store. She said the store told her it's items she can only buyu from them. Sue enough once I googled the product numbers listed on her receipt I pulled up many websites with the product. We cancelled our order with the store that very day as they were foing to be much more expensive. We decided on coleman for two reasons. 1- good reviews. 2- free shipping to our ZIP.
I didn't want the sectional as pictured and almost went and bought it for more somewhere else that showed it pictured as I wanted. Using some common sense I chatted online and asked if I can set it up as I wanted it. The chat rep was helpful and showed me how they did in fact offer that configuration on the website. I'm glad I had common sense to do that. I would only suggest that coleman writes something to day that they can change sectionals or similar verbage.
The big sectional we originally wanted wasn't going to work and that was a bumper. We had to do some searching but found the braxton sectional which was smaller and able to fir in our living room and still be of nice size.
We already owned the North Shore living room set from a precious purchase and we like it alot. We were surprised to stumble on the same name set in both bedroom and dining room sets when we were searching for new furniture for our new home. Well we winded up ordering both sets and now have beautiful and perfectly matching furniture across our home.
Got our larkinhurst sleeper and in time for the guests coming. It is the same unit we saw in person at the store just a lot cheaper price.
We have a great store in our area that has a huge selection of furniture. We wound up finding a homelegance bedroom set we liked and online the price was a bit better. Also, delivery was free while in the store they wanted 75 bucks for that.
The Ashley store rep told us the best set they offer is North Shore. We negotiated (spouse is a car salesman so he knows what he is doing) and we went thought we waled out with a very good quote. We hopped online and founf out it was actually overpriced. Online most of the companies were more or less the same pricing, however Coleman was willing to do the setup free of chanrge. This was for a large bedroom set. They took care of it from the begining to end even making sure the bench was placed exactly where i wanted it.
Love this leather sunpan armchair. So contemporary and sleek looking.
The coupon code was bigger if we had the nightstand added to the order alongside the bed so we went for it. It will be nice to have a matching set!
For us it was as simple as adding the item to our cart and buying it. For the kicker, we actually bought it while sitting in this very chair as a floor model in our local ashley store. They wanted way more money and were claiming to give us a great deal. Thankfully I always check to see if I can find it cheaper online.Donnie
The office set was just received finally has enough storage for our files once we added the lateral file. Also much dressier from our old set.
Unless you have plenty of time to wait for your furniture I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
When we received our furniture the first time (after 3 months of waiting) there was damage to the furniture. It took another 1 1/2 months to get a replacement.
READ their contract that is on their web site. Between restocking fees, charging for delivery (if you try to cancel your order) etc. you may decide their contract is too restrictive.
Make sure you note everything that is wrong with the furniture BEFORE the delivery people leave. Their contract on line is very clear about this.
We do like our furniture, but it was not worth the hassle of the numerous calls and run around from Coleman. We will not be ordering anything from them again. Saving a few dollars was not worth the aggravation.
We had spotted some furniture at our ashley store just down the road. I don't know how it's possible but coleman who is located across the country actually beat their prices and did it with free shipping.
The living room set came before the new years party and it was used and well reviewed.
The furniture delivery guys were nice and professional. They really did ensure we were happy with the setup before leaving. The price was right as well, but they really made the whole experience positive one.
Received a damaged (fake) mirror a month later... Still no refund... The worst place ever. AVOID... BIGTIME...

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
