Love Love my new luke leather set in the havana color. Took a while to get it as we picked a customer other than the fast ship model it's stunning and well worth the wait.
They came all the way out here to LA to deliver the furniture and they are out in NY. It sounded too good to be true but they kept their word and I didn't pay anything for delivery. Delivery included setup which for me wasn't a big deal as I'm a handy type but I will say I did enjoy having someone else do it if possible.
Needed something nice for the home office and most of our home is very bright and light so we decided on the parker house Boca series. Once we did that we went to google and found the cheapest was coleman,. We were ready to put it together but were pleasantly surprised to find out the delivery includes that.
The lancaster unit was several hundred dollars less than our next cheapest offer. We love the barn doors!
The laps came via fedex in just over a week. We love how they are heavy and expensive looking.
I ordered a king bed Sept 15th. I waited more than 5 weeks before I received a call from the delivery company. When they called, they informed me that the manufacturer had sent two left rails. I had an additional wait time for the delivery of that part. Finally, on Nov 11th, my bed was delivered. The delivery company was terrific throughout the entire process. However, as they were setting up the bed, they discovered that the legs were missing. So, almost 2 months after I ordered a bed, I still do to have a usable product. I wanted to send the bed back by not receiving delivery and go buy a bed at a store by that point, but Coleman charges a 25% restocking fee. So despite the poor quality assurance and delays caused by Coleman and its manufacturing partners, they would not return the product without significant fees. The Coleman representatives are unwilling to understand the customer point of view and would not admit any failure on their part and said it's a problem with the manufacturer. The attitude is that it isn't their problem. You would be far better off to order from Overstock or Wayfair or Amazon. They have far better customer service and do not have fees that force you to accept the product despite major flaws and unacceptable waits caused by their lack of quality processes.
Wasn't sure about the color called charcoal so per the chat guys suggestion we called some stores until we found something carrying it. We went in and saw it ourselves and gave them the opportunity to match or beat the prices online which they didn't do. Now we have it and are happy with it.
Just bought a few pieces to compliment the bed we already owned. Wish I had known about this place before getting apparently ripped off on the bed at our Raymour and Flanigan on the bed.

I was at first upset that my first option I found online was discontinued. The sales rep did suggested some other options and we liked one that really did look similar and were surprised to find out shipping was free to us. That was something we didn't expect and it kept it well within our budget. We decided to therefore buy the ottoman that matches it as well and we are excited for how our living room looks.
Really were interested in a glass top table but found such a nice modern looking one that was matellic colored but wood that we changed our mind. It came and looks great. We wouldn't have thought of it but happpy we looked through all the options online.
Funny thing is I wasn't even sure twin over full size bunk beds existed. We were tight on space in the boys room and wanted to ensure that our 16 year old son wouldn't feel like he was not being trated like a young adult which might have been the case if we had bought a regular twin over twin bunk bed. So I googled it and found this website that had a few twin over full size bed options. Now our 16 year old feels like he is being trated as an older sibling should with a larger bed, and we can have his 9 year old brother in the top bunk which he is thrilled with.
I received a sofa sectional. The sofa portion of the set has obviously been used. On top of that the set is mismatched in color. So many details that I'm not going through them all here. My loan company is dealing with Coleman, trying to resolve these issues, in dispute.
People, file your consumer complaints with FTC.gov and the BBB online, regardless of the outcome of your situation. Both agencies will approach Coleman's. More can be accomplished in numbers and maybe Coleman's will stop its deceptive practices.
It's a simple TV stand but it does have helpful cord management in the back so it looks neater than my last one.
Loved this luke leather finish the first time I saw it. I was sent a swatch which took a week to receive and took the jump and love love love this new sofa set.
Do not buy anything from this company! I have ordered my furniture in May and it is now the end of Aug and still don't have my furniture! Very upset customer and will never buy anything from them ever again!
For me it was a simple purchase as I just needed a basic desk for our home office and opted for the matching bookshelf. It's cheap but good value.
We liked a Luke couch we saw in a consignment store and went online to price compare. We actually found it for around the same price however there were other color options to pick from. We did get a call saying it would add a long time to our order to go with different color from the pictured one but we were fine with that. It did takes us over 2 months to get the couch but we love the color and feed it was worth it.
I needed to find some way to store our dishes and we first thought we would just buy a cabinet but came out much better in the end buying a nice server. It compliments our room nicely and we are very happy about that.
We really didn't think a sectional would fit based on the dimensions until we found sketch online of it drawn out. Simply put, the wedge forms an angle which just allows it to squeeze into the alloted space. I would certainly suggest taking very good measurements of the are you have available prior to shopping as you may find yourself pleasantly surprised aas we were.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
