Order with first credit card wouldn't get accepted because supposedly my address was wrong but called my credit card company and nothing was wrong.with the address. Ended up having to use a different credit card for the purchase. Frustrating
I ordered a couch from Coleman's. I found the one that I really like so i called the provided number. Spoke with a very helpful service agent and she answered all my questions and was extremely nice. I placed the order and a couple days later received a call from the delivery company asking what day would be best to drop it off.
We selected a day and sure enough, they showed up on time. Unwrapped the couch and brought it in. They even set it up for me. I would definitely recommended Coleman's to anyone!

I ordered the item on Oct. 14,2019. It took more than four months for the furniture to be delivered, and it even arrived damaged. If I had known that it would take more than four months, I would never have ordered it in the first place. It doesn't say anywhere on the website that it would take that long for customers to receive the order.
It doesn't make any sense to me that Coleman furniture requests the customer to pay the 15% restocking fee when the customer had no idea that the furniture would arrive four months late AND damaged. Who would want the furniture in a situation like this? How can I trust this company after what happened? It could take another four months for me to get it re-delivered, and I'm not going to waste more time and energy. I have had enough, and it is not my fault. Coleman Furniture should take full responsibility for this consequence, and should not make its customer suffer more by not getting the full refund.
I requested firmly that I receive a FULL refund without any restocking fee due to the unnecessary suffering that I had to experience. But they are trying really hard to charge me anyway.

Great communication and service. Delivered exactly as ordered. Would use them again. I ordered a table and they kept me informed about when it would ship and when I would receive and it was exactly as expected

The website was easy and intuitive. The wall unit I purchased is beautiful and true to the pictures. A great value for the price and I would definitely shop Coleman again. However, I wish the finish was not quite so rough. In a few places, It seems like the final "polish" was put on without first wiping off after sanding. But again, quite beautiful and a good value.
My wife and I just recently ordered two recliners and a couch recliner, The price seemed like such a great deal I had to call to make sure it was for real. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and informative. We ordered product and 4 weeks later it arrived. The delivery crew was wonderful as well. Overall I would give them 6 stars if it were available.
I order a love and recliner kept getting same email from Coleman and after 2 months I canceled order. And they charged me a $230.00 restocking fee. Big ripoff. Buyer be ware.

Fantastic pricing which knocked the socks off of the competition. The selection and availability was even better. I had some difficulty getting my order placed due to the total dollar amount, so someone from Coleman called me offering to help, and even gave me a $250 off coupon code that I didn't know about! Absolutely fantastic customer service, I will definitely buy from you again.

This company is top notch. Everything was how it was stated it would be from ordering to delivery and set up. I ordered a large leather reclining sofa and a chair and a half recliner wich is also leather.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together

We are sorry to hear that you are no longer interested in receiving your recliner and loveseat which already arrived at the local delivery company and is ready for delivery.
Per our terms and conditions, orders may be canceled without incurring any restocking fees as log as the order hasn't shipped out from the manufacturer. However, after shipment, the manufacturer's 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
