Very good buy from Coleman Furniture. Ordered the bed in Feb, received it within 3 weeks. Coleman Furniture didn't charge it until the item was shipped. Delivery was seamless, i got update every stage after i placed this order. Initially i was not sure whether to purchase in online store, i am glad that i did, the item looks exactly same as shown in the picture. This is my first order in Coleman Furniture and i would highly recommend this bed.
It is difficult to order things online sometimes without seeing them in person. The chairs I ordered are exactly what I expected... in fact better. Very pleased with this purchase! The entertainment center is beautiful, exactly as pictured on the site. I was looking for something wide enough to fit our new 70" tv. TV fits perfectly lengthwise, the only small issue ended up being with the height. Had to leave the feet off the center stand in order for it to fit, but worked out perfectly.

I purchased a Camden White Entertainment Wall Unit. The website photos show that it is white and under Specifications, it says "Color: Whites"; what I received was light green. In the photos you can see the unit against my white baseboard and that the unit was white and painted light green. I returned the unit and was charged a restocking and delivery fee of $583.60,26% of the total. This company grossly misrepresented the item. Customer Service stated that I should have kept it and sold it to a friend! Do not buy anything from them; they are a rip off and don't care about customer satisfaction. I responded to Coleman's request for the order number and have heard nothing from them.
My wife & I were shopping for a new dinning table and chairs. We had looked locally and in the city. We were disappointed with the high prices. I came across Coleman Furniture online. We were a little worried that with their lower prices the quality would also suffer. After reading some of the reviews we decided to give Coleman's a try. Our table, 4 chairs and a bench are wonderful, except for one chair that rocks. I rarely give 5 stars, but I might of if the one chair sat solid and did not rock.
Everything went fine with my order. The price was competitive, the shipping and the delivery was exceptional.
We've been looking for a new cocktail table for a number of months now. I finally found one that was being offered by both Coleman Furniture and Target. Exact same table, but a huge price difference. So, while we mulled it over, Coleman put theirs on sale! We just couldn't pass it up. Placed the order, very easy process. The table arrived in less than a week and it's just BEAUTIFUL! So worth the hunt and wait to find the perfect piece. Thank you Coleman! :)
I like the console very miuch. It is more blue than gray. I have it against a wall that is painted Benjamin Moore Quiet Moments. The console is a very similar color. It is destressed, which I don't love so much. It was very easy to put together. The packaging could not have been better. All in all, I am very happy with it.
We ordered for the first time and everything was done and delivered perfectly. Delivery was fast and the product was packaged nicely with care. I will order again.

This company will deliver used and broken furniture to you then try and charge you for them to take it back after refusing to send a new property functioning piece of furniture (which is what they should be sending anyways). It is now 2 weeks later and we still have unusable furniture and Coleman Furniture refuses to fix the problem. Should you happen to have the displeasure of dealing with this company, hopefully you do not get Cierra. I have never dealt with someone quite so nasty while trying to get a solution to a problem caused by her company. Make sure to check the yelp reviews as they are the only real ones. The majority of the "good" ones are fake from a marketing program paid for by Coleman Furniture. Save yourself a ton of time and buy your furniture literally anywhere else. We would have gotten better quality from Facebook marketplace.
I purchased a sectional for the first time from this company and do like the size and color. It is a quality couch, I will be purchasing from this company again- thank you.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
