Pretty easy to order on my phone.
Recently bought a sidebar from this company. After a few weeks that they sent me note indicating that the furniture has shipped and I should be receiving it with ten days or so. After fifteen days I got another letter informing me that the shipment is delayed. I questioned how it could be delayed if it already shipped two weeks ago. They explained that that was sent in error. In any case I finally got the piece a month later. Two hours after the delivery, I noticed significant manufacturing flaw or damage on it. I contacted them with pictures and their so called customer service is reading me the fine print in their conditions of sale. Basically amounting to that I signed for it so tough luck.
Companies like this should not be in business. Please avoid buying anything from these guys.
Had exactly what I was looking for...
Coleman furniture provided a great price on a beautiful Ashley furniture set. I originally saw the site at the Ashley furniture store, and went looking online for other bedroom sets. That's when I came across Coleman Furniture. My bedroom set was here less than two weeks later, they delivered the whole set in great condition, and put the bedroom set together. I would definitely recommend

I found this exact set of outdoor furniture at a local store for $600 more in addition to a delivery charge. I was pleased to find the same set at Coleman.com for so much less with free delivery and set up included.
I had a good experience with the purchase, but I see that many others haven't. The sign of a good company is to receive far more positive reviews than negative ones. It seems that Coleman's customer service is earning many negative reviews. For this reason, I am giving a 3-star review. Hopefully the company will acknowledge and rectify these many negative reviews. Reputation is based on the experience of the many not just the few... it seems that the many is not receiving good customer service.
Coleman furniture is Home gallery stores and they're ripping people off. One site charges less than the other but it's the SAME company. I'd already waited for my order from home gallery for over a MONTH with a HUGE lack of communication so I decided to cancel my order and order from Coleman furniture and pay the extra money just to find that they are the same place! How could they get away with this to sell the same items more and less at different sites. It was confirmed once I placed my new order at coleman just to go to their site and see my cancelled order from home galleries on the same page. Wtf. So I sent in for another cancel to my order. I'm steering clear. We just want our couches... but we will be looking elsewhere.

I searched for months for the best price for the furniture I wanted. This was by far the best price and best delivery option. I couldn't believe when they notified me in just a few days that the furniture was being sent. I got my delivery so quickly, and they did an outstanding job. I still can't believe I got such a great deal.

I bought a bedroom set! It's all damaged! My time and space is wasted! Half of the parts are sitting in my bedroom wrapped in there dirty smelly clothes!
They said they would resolve the issue but they won't give a crap about my time space and filthy clothes sitting in my bedroom! They won't give me a discount, they won't take back the item unless I agree to pay 600 dolar shipping fee +15% cancellation feee

Solid four weeks for delivery and it felt like they moved 'quickly'. That said, it is well worth the wait. I feel like I would have paid double for this set had I purchased in a store. Incredibly comfortable. Incredibly stylish. I need a second ottoman. My purchase was the sofa love seat and ottoman.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
