Quick, tidy, good service. I found a new supplier and am now ordering all my networking gear from them and posting links of them to friends who ask. Well done.
I tried to buy a PC case from them. I ordered it and it took literal months for them to fulfill the order. During this time period, I repeatedly reached out to try to cancel the order. The order took so long to fulfill that they sent it to an address that I no longer lived at. They are unresponsive to email and calls. I now have to pay extra to get the product shipped across the country because at the very least, they couldn't even change the shipping address. Make sure you know what you want months in advance and aren't planning on going anywhere because they will not respond to you.
The product I ordered was delivered 2 days later. Fast shipping.

Nice & easy
Fast processing and delivery. Exactly what I ordered.
I was a little spektical about Colamco becasue they were considerably cheaper than may other companies and I had never heard of them before. However, after this experience, any electronics I purchase, Colamco will be the first place I look.
Quick and simple, good prices
My one suggestion is that you require signature on expensive packages. I was in a panic when the package was delivered without signature, and it took several days after delivery, for me to find out who had my $8,ooo package.
Support was quick with responding to inquiries; shipping was very fast as well.
I've had wonderful experience of receiving all of my products in a timely manner as long as I paid for shipping. When I choose free shipping it took several weeks, the website said that product was available and it still took to long!
