Poor communication regarding shipping for a special-order item. I had to email and call multiple times to request the product after verifying from the manufacturer that they had 100s of units available and ready to ship. 2-day shipping was selected at checkout, but the order was shipped via a freight carrier. The freight carrier was provided with bad delivery information and held the item without communicating with the customer.

Fits like a glove, first one I could find for my work computer for school in over a year of looking, thanks :) Came pretty fast too! Quality materials and the stylus holder is solid and so are the edges. Would love to see with design elements, different colored edges or smoke effect to plastic in future. Would be a game changer. Great product, if it was any cheaper I'd convince my school to do whole purchase order for staff or get a grant as a teacher appreciation week gift. It is that high end durable and grade A. Would def. Recommend.

I got this mouse for an "old timer" friend of mine. He still doesn't get the touch pad for laptops so I got him the slim mouse. I set it up for hime and let me tell you... I want one for myself now. The action is smooth, the left/right click doesn't actually "click". Need to get used to not hearing or feeling the "click" but very nice touch. Feels heavenly when the mouse sits inside your palm. We'll done samsung... we'll done once again.

I purchased 20 units of 2 pk of 3.0 64GB Kingston usb flash drives. When the order came, I learned by opening the package that only 15 units were shipped to me. I immediately sent an email to their customer service. No response. Tried a second time. Still nothing. Went to their online store to leave a message. In less than 36 hours I finally got a response and a refund for the remainder of the order not shipped. Thank you Colamco! Much appreciated. Will buy from them again in the near future!

I ordered a Lenovo monitor for my Fiance for Christmas. With the shipping issues going on in our country I ordered the product in November to make sure it was here in time for Christmas. Rhis was a Suprise for her and she wanted a 2nd monitor for her laptop. Right after Christmas it was realized that this particular monitor was not compatible for what she needed. I contacted the returns department and explained what was going on. They did not care and basically said we can not return the product. Very disappointed.

Wow, I am impressed with how quickly I got the scanner after it was marked shipped.

I did a lot of price-comparison shopping prior to purchasing the Epson *******XL-GA. COLAMCO definitely came through!

About the scanner: it is large/wide. So, want to make sure you dedicate enough desk space for it. This does scan well. Since we scan a lot of vintage items for graphic design projects, I wanted to find something could scan up to 2400 dpi. This scanner does the trick.

I found the scan results for our vintage paper items were better with Epson's proprietary software than the SilverLight software that Epson throws in for free (and is geared more towards photos/film),
