I don't know if this is for you but...The platform is easy to use. I admire the interface but they hide behind a mask and take a hold of peoples money. I was down for a few days and opened up to my son. After making some research, we found out you could get your investment back. During the summer of last year, I matched with an American man on a dating website's Messenger app, who seemed very nice and had my best interests at heart. Working on my taxes like normal. Crypto section comes up, I say sure, I briefly dabbled a little on crypto last year, saw the writing on the wal, and sold it at a minor loss before it tumbled. When I get the tax form from COINBASE, it has reported my crypto disposal as INCOME, which is fine, but then it says COST BASIS NOT AVALIABLE so they put $0 as the cost basis, making it look like all my sales transactions were net income. And they will send the IRS that INACCURATE form too. What in the actual heck? Like the most basic expectation of a trading platform and they FAILED. Now I have to figure out my own cost basis and hope the IRS does not come after me in error, thanks to COINBASE SUCKING. All transactions were carried out on COINBASE so their excuse of not being able to track cost basis when crypto is transferred to them from a third party falls flat. STAY AWAY.

I'm truly grateful to (Recovercoin AT rescueteam DOT com) They are the best when it comes to bitcoin, account, password and money recovery. I lost $800,000 in a cryptocurrency investment scam that promised to give me high returns on my deposit. Few months later the company shut down my account, and I thought my funds were lost forever. However, after contacting Recovercoin AT rescueteam DOT com, I was able to recover my lost funds from the fraudulent wallet.

I have been a Coinbase customer since 2017. Somehow, my access to my account was restricted, and it has taken 3 months to get back on. I have gone through every hoop, dealing with nothing but offshore, " don't get it "customer service and it has been one of the most frustrating processes of my life. I believe in crypto, but Coinbase sucks!

The customer service is terrible. The constant security breaches are disgusting and shows the poor maintenance of their team. Their the most incompetent of all crypto platforms and its a surprise theyre still in business. None of the real crypto traders use them and you can see form the rapid decline of the stock price how badly this company is being ran. I had to jump through hoops just to close my account!

After giving up on my hacked crypto account over 1 month ago, I came across Jimfundsrecovery AT consultant c0m recommendation about crypto wallet recovery on a blog, I slide in and file a complaint to them about how my account was hacked by fake investment platform, I sent my hacked wallet address to them as requested. Well, let me cut this short. Within a few days of sending the required info, I gained access to my account with my coins intact.

I opened an account with coinbase over a year ago - NEVER initiated any transactions or purchases yet the money in my account was taken or sent to some 'external wallet' according to their phone support/customer service. I was informed that my complaint would be escalated but was only locked out of my account. I have 'reset' my password several times and confirmed my identity following their instructions. I get a text that my coinbase account recovery is successful and that i should be able to sign into my account. Not true! I try to sign in and get the same run-around with dont recognize this device and confirm your identity crap. This company is crap - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! And their customer service is a JOKE!

Got an agent, same copy paste automated bull$#*! error. Made me repeat steps for "account verification" and could not give me a reason why my payment was declined, or why I HAD to do said steps. Broken sentences and difficult to communicate with. Ignored my requests to be transferred to someone else. Misundestood me multiple times.

I do not recommend Coinbase. I needed to reset my authenticator app to regain access. It was a two week debacle that ended with an email saying I was "authorized to log in and update my authenticator". I tried to do so, and when I tried to log in there was no option to reset the authenticator, so I still cannot access my account. This is ridiculous. Response from customer service is slow. This vendor is not worth the trouble if you want to be able to get to your coins. Stay away.

I will humbly recommend you write to hackwest at writeme dot com if you desire to recover your lost Crypto currency from wallet or exchange. They assisted me when I fell for a romance crypto scam.

Terrible scam site. It says you're insured but fine print fix's that. Your act WILL be hit and you won't get your money back. Mine was hit in 2021 so now I write reviews every 30 days on every platform I can access. Hopefully my loss of a significant amount of money will help others not fall for it.

I got a new debit card from my bank and tried to use it in Coinbase (at that moment I already used this debit card in other places and everything worked well). For some reason my card was rejected by Coinbase. I contacted a customer support and they told me that I need to contact my bank as the problem is there. I checked with the bank and there was no problem with my card. I called the customer support again but they said they couldn't help me and blocked my account. I contacted them 5 times and provided them with all the documents confirming my identity, but even after they did not change my account status and it remained blocked. I am very disappointed in this service and I do not recommend using Coinbase.

I used this company a couple of years ago to buy some crypto with no problem. I haven't checked it in a few months so I decide to do that today and after going thru the 2 step verification process (text & email) my access to my account was impeded do to the company requiring a photo of a government or state ID so they can solicit it to whom ever they want! I spoke to a customer rep. And they literally told me your money will be forfeited if you don't give us a copy of your state id. I asked can they transfer the money back to the account were it was funded from and they said no. This is a California based company, in the United States stealing peoples money openly and nothing is being done about it.

Do not trust this site they have more Hackers than employees.While on the Coinbase Website I went to the Help Center when one of the Hackers hit my note pad and wanted to know how he could help me, I thought he was a Coinbase employee, but he was a Hacker and stole $6,000.00 that was supposed to go into my Bitcoin Wallet!. After the Coinbase Hackers take your money, Coinbase is no help to get it back. They can't even police whats going on within their website and unwilling to find out!. Went to the Help Center again to voice my complaint and was asked to leave my phone # and immediately I got a call from Anti Fraud Dept. in Europe, his name was Adam and said there was a 70 percent chance he could get my money back, But first he had to have more money, of course he was another Hacker, they dont quit untill you are not foolish enough to fall for their scam anymore! The people that Scammed me were Shawn Robert, Richard Parker, Charles Halley, and Adam, although they probabaly change their names from customer to customer to prevent their reeputations from catching up with them.
