I believe the product was repackaged into a no-name package and was not labeled in the same way as it appeared on the order.

The shipping was inappropriate. I paid approx. $10, a fairly standard airmail international rate for the size and weight. The product was not boxed or padded with bagged air. Instead it was in a small plastic bag. It was an electronic, so when the box was crushed and torn, it may have affected the products functioning. The fidelity of the electronic functions are a worry for me considering the tampering.

The box may have been torn by the company before shipping in an effort to conceal the fraud. The product inside did not appear in new condition with discoloured plastic, and a smell like urine or metal.

Like previous reviews this company is a scam and a joke! I purchased a fingerling and unlike the other reviews Ive been in contact with someone named Fiona. When my order never arrived when I requested expedited ship I requested a cancelation and refund. Fiona repeatedly ignored my request and instead gave me false tracking numbers. After a week of going back and forth never acknowledging my refund and calling her out for her lies. She then says ok really shipped and have me a new tracking number. Then stopped contacting me from that point. I have filed a claim with PayPal as I am sure most of yall have done. So far they have not responded to them. I HOPE and pray this company gets taken down. Im so sick to my stomach of this mess. As a seller I would be in so much trouble if I behaved like these people.

Save for the many ads, this is a great website and online shop because, I believe we all seek very high quality, an amazing customer experience and affordable prices. Although its my first time doing business with CNDirect, I could say that there are great people at CNDirect and that you are guaranteed of reliable communication. In terms of delivery, the order was a little bit late but the delay was not anything worrisome because eventually, my delivery was made and I was happy. I intend to order again soon, and I hope I will enjoy the experience once again. Worth a try. I recommend.

CNDirect is my go-to online shop for dresses, especially. My delivery arrived last week, which was timely for my mother's birthday. It was meant to be her present, and today I am extremely grateful to CNDirect because my mother (who is very choosy, by the way) loved the quality of the dress. After seeing how graceful she looked in the dress many other people, particularly her friends and relatives got interested and took the CNDirect contact information. They should be placing their orders soon. I am hoping they like it too. Thank you.

To start, I'd like to say that my only issue with the website is that it looks disorganized and there are a bit too many ads on the website for my taste. In terms of products I've had no issues after about three or four separate purchases on the site. The most recent product I bought through CNDirect was the "Green New Men Casual O-Neck Long Sleeve Solid Front Double Zip Pullover T-Shirt Top" What sets this site apart from other clothing websites is the huge number of pictures the site offers to you so you know EXACTLY what you're getting from every angle, unlike other sites that only include 1 or 2 pictures of the product with only a front and back angle. There is also about ten or so reviews for every product I've seen on the site so you have a pretty good impression of what others thought of the product before you go to buy it. The shipping came in as expected not super fast but that's not hugely important to me either.

I order two fingerlings and they didn't work right so we changed the batteries and still didn't work good. I paid for three to five business days four weeks later I got it after I emailed them the boxes they came we're falling apart the toys didn't work very upsetting for my little girls on their birthdays.So I emailed them back and got no response so I made a post on Facebook which told me to contact I said I already did and got no response again. I will never order from them again and I am going to report them for fraud.

I have had pretty awful experiences from online shopping especially when it comes to clothes and particularly dresses. I always get the wrong sizes, poor quality and ridiculously late deliveries. My faith on buying my dresses online is renewed after a shopping experience that I had with CNDirect. It's almost unbelievable to me to get my right size with great fitting, great quality, and a timely delivery. CNDirect, keep it up and thank you for restoring my faith on online shopping!

I made my purchase from this business and I must admit that they are wonderful. CNDirect is one of the very few online shops that can be trusted with great quality, timely delivery and unmatched customer service. This shop was recommended to me by a friend and I must say that currently, CNDirect is my go-to shop for dresses. I purchased two dresses - for my mother and my little sister and they won't stop thanking me for choosing CNDirect. Highly recommended. Keep it up guys!

I would give them NEGATIVE STARS, unfortunately that's not an option. I was stupid and ordered $300.00 worth of Fingerlings. I tried to cancel, but they keep giving me the run around. Every day a new excuse. They say refund in process, then told that I have to sign an authoritarian form before they can refund. I am opening a dispute so these idiots DON'T GET PAID! I just found out that CN Direct also poses as Curious Toys Club... BEWARE!

I bought a wonderful dress from this company, i was impressed and the dress came to be exactly what i ordered, a great design, a dress of high standard and affordable prices, i and my Family are so happy with what i got thou the shipping was a little bit late but the stuffs were super natural, i must say thanks so much

THIS COMPANY! I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping. Never received the items and never got any kind of update. They have no customer service number and when I emailed and finally got a response they said they couldn't find my order and then said they didn't have it in stock and the shipping time starts whenever they feel like sending the product! Lol I had to dispute with my credit card. STAY FAR AWAY!
