Have been ordering from CCB for well over a year now and they have quickly become my favorite "go to" boutique! The shipping is super fast, with most orders going out on the same day you order. I'm in Indiana where the boutique is headquartered, so there's times that I have my order the day after I placed it, which is awesome! They also have sales quite often, which is nice if you're ordering all of the time, like I am! The items I've ordered have always reflected what was shown, no deceiving on their end. Great quality clothing and I'll keep supporting CCB!

I have ordered from Closet Candy Boutique nemerous times, all have been exceptional experieinces, with true to fit clothing! QUALITY clothing at excellent prices! And VERY fast shipping! Try them, youo won't be disappointed!

I have ordered 2 items from this store and both have had holes within months. One of the items I received was the wrong size and they acted like I was bothering them by contacting them. Every time I have talked to anyone at Closet Candy, they have been rude, acted like it wasn't their problem and could have cared a less about the issue. When you are buying their product they are all over you, but as soon as you have an issue they could care a less. This seems to be a regular occurrence with this boutique.

I ordered a few things from this company and was soooo excited to get my box! A couple months later, the beanie I ordered completely fell apart after maybe 5 uses. The stitching on top came undone and there was a giant hole there. I emailed the company asking for a return or even a repair. They flat out refused - even on a repair! I have lots of friends that order from this company and after my experience they refuse to order from this place again as well. There are plenty of other online companies that have just as cute of clothes that can offer much better customer service than these people.

I ordered an item on November 6 for my girlfriend for Christmas. Most places offer extended returns starting November 1. Come to find out if I need to send it back I only have 30 days. I asked very nicely at first for a one time exception which I was denied and told the extended return policy for the holidays starts November 15. I was also told I need to research the policies before I order. Funny thing is I did and nowhere under returns does it show their extended return policy for Christmas. There sly and deceiving. They need to be more transparent.

Placed an order of 3 shirts, a dress and a hat. Got my order very quickly, everything was correct and am very pleased. Only thing is the clothes run a little bigger then i thought they would be, but im totally fine with them being like that. All in all very satisfied, only suggestion is send some coupons out for people who place orders so they want to buy more from you. Other then that, i will definitely order again from ClosetCandy.

I loved the clothes this company sold. Everything I bought was so comfortable - a bit pricey though, but I was willing to pay the price for good quality clothing. I recently bought an adorable knit sweater zip up with buttons. My size is normally a medium in their shirts, so I thought a large for a sweater should be ideal. It wasn't. I couldn't zip up the sweater. When I checked the website to see if I could exchange for a larger size, they were out of stock.

I emailed customer service and was very surprised at the terrible service. If you buy from this website, DO NOT RETURN. It is a mess. You will be required to pay for your own return shipping and to make things worse, they charge you a 10% restock fee (they wouldn't even explain what this means). Otherwise, you can get store credit (which I took last time I had to return something and it took me months to find something I wanted again).

This company does not put their customers first, like all good companies do. Buyer beware - make sure you buy the correct size the first time otherwise you will run into some undesirable return experiences.
