This is what happened I have booking through b British airline directly and booking through Cleartrip for British airline with the same destination but different dates but both was on April between two tickets.

The difference between Cleartrip and Booking directly from the airline or other agents is due to Pandemic COVID19 cancelled flights.

The Airline flights and other agents Refund your money.

Cleartrip doesn't refund your money it is unreliable website very poor customer service as they don't even respond to your emails.

I had made a return booking from Bangalor to Melbourne for June this year but because of the pandemic I couldn't travel, I informed cleartrip through app and emails as they became unreachable. Initially they said they will do the refund just 2days prior to date of departure so they asked me to wait.To my astonishment and dismay they replied latter saying refund done and refund amount is zero. This is just outrageous. Nobody booked not to fly or even nobody envisioned this pandemic and it's our hard earned money which cleartrip doesn't refund. Don't book with them, they will talk very nicely while booking but will not respond even for refunds.

I am a serving soldier. We rarely manage to get leave, and in that situation i got my connecting flight cancelled by the airline. Since i booked from cleartrip i naturally asked them. Firstly there is no customer care calling support. Secondly the airline and the booking agency are trying to play ping pong with me. I am not asking for my whole refund but just the part
Which was cancelled. Instead the website is trying to confuse further with cancellatiob options.The money anyway is not being returned by any of them, but atleast have the courtesy to put some effort towards helping the customer. Worst booking site, never going back there.

Hello. Flight got cancelled due to COVID-19, Trip ID **************. Cleartrip does not want to refund money, only offering open ticket. According to Etihad the ticket is eligible for FULL REFUND, see here:

I contacted cleartrip multiple times but I always get the information that the airline does not offer refund which is simply a LIE. NEVER BOOK on this website again. I am going to take legal actions now and will make sure that your website is going to be closed soon as you are simply liers. Everybody else, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I booked flights with them but unfortunately it was cancelled because of the covid situation, after running after them for months they replied and gave me a date for refund and after that they disappear again. Since then there is no news about them and no one contacted me back. I'm still sending them emails but no one bothers to reply. I also sent them a message on Instagram but it's all useless, it was the last time I made a booking with them and I will make sure none of my known ones book through these cheats.

I BOOKED A TICKET FROM CLEAR TRIP, THEN PHILIPPINES AIRLINES CANCELLED OUR FLIGHT LAST JUNE 2020, THEY REFUNDED BUT THERE IS AIRLINES CHARGES. I VISITED THE AIRLINE BRANCH HERE IN ABU DHABI THEY SAID ITS FULL REFUND FROM THEIR SIDE. I FOLLOW MANY TIMES IN CLEAR TRIP OFFICE IN DUBAI, THE AGENT ANSWERED AND COMPLAINT REGARDING FOR THE COMPUTATION OF MY REFUND. FEW DAYS LATER, I FOLLOW UP BUT NO PHONE ANSWER "ONLY ANSWERING MACHINE AND EVEN EMAILS. PLEASE DON'T BOOK IN THIS AGENCY "CLEARTRIP".
