Great customer service

Clearly states on there website that they send there orders by Canada post and they sent it by another courier which ended up at pick up location that I couldn't get to. When I called them, they quickly sent it by Canada post and I received it in a few days.

Always happy with my service from you. Own glasses and wear contacts and my experience has always been great. I recently realized my most recent contacts shipment was for my old prescription, not my new one. Not that big a deal but since this popped up in my email, figured I'd take the time to let you know.

Terrible delivery

Purolator never, tried to delivery the package or leave a notice. It happens more than once, only with Purolator courier, terrible service. Seller should choose a better courier and make sure packages are delivered properly.
