Had quite the extensive journey getting contacts for the first time! I'd tried a few at my optometrist but due to the pandemic felt more comfortable ordering online. I spoke to about 5 different representatives, all of which were incredibly patient and fun to talk to! There were a few complications by no fault of anyone but technology and miscommunication but it was handled perfectly!
The product was good however the left eye lens was in a 90 pack box instead of 3 smaller boxes of 30 lens in a larger box. The latter protects the lens better.
The shipment was a week later than indicated at the original point of purchase. I had to change the shipment address from one province to another province to account for the late order so that it would catch up with me. Then I had to arrange for a neighbour to receive the order on my behalf as I had yet returned to my home address. The reason I ordered through Clearly is ease of ordering and delivery speed. I ordered the contacts to be sent to Manitoba originally because I was on vacation and ran out. It took longer than promised. Thus, not as convenient as I had hoped for. All past deliveries prior to this point were fine.
Timely delivery and correct order. Was happy with service and will continue to use. Could use more discount options

FedEx sub contracted to Canada Post & I had no idea I had to go a local post office to pick up. Took 3 weeks to get my lenses & I had to pay extra. Really not impressed.

I've ordered contacts multiple times. Delivery has been quick and I have no complaints as so far I've been able to see haha!

I only order my contacts from clearly! Fast delivery right to my doorstep!
Although I received my order promptly, it was left outside my house on the ground in front of my door. (it could have been left in the mailbox or between the two doors-but it was left on the ground). Anyone could have walked away with my parcel; as a result, I won't be ordering through Clearly again.

Was very happy with the whole buying process and how quick delivery was.
I do however have an issue as the contacts I ordered were off my receipt prescription from an eye doctor. Got my new glasses a couple months ago and I see very clearly out of them, the contacts not so much. Exact same prescription but vision is blurry with the contacts which I've never had an issue with before.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
