Easy interface online and order came when expected
I used to get my contacts dropped in my mailbox when they arrived by Canada post. Now they are using a new company and I had to drive to the facilities because I missed their delivery attempts since I work during the day
I spoke with Customer Service by phone because I was concerned that my first automatic refill was going to be late. In fact it had not got recorded in the system properly and there was no automatic refill noted on my account. However, while I was on the phone, the very helpful and courteous customer service agent set up the automatic refill and placed an immediate order for my lenses. As usual, my lenses arrived sooner than I expected - must be the fastest service by any company during Covid! Thank you.
Speedy service, looking forward to trying them. On my last pair of old type.

I had chosen Canada Post in my on line order, but it was sent through Purolator and I never received the order.
It was sent back to my address via Canada Post EXPRESS and it arrived within 2 days!
Your site is well built and I hope that in the future, the choice of transporter will be used as chosen.
I rather receive my order 2 days later, than not getting my order supposed to be received 2 days earlier!

Clearly projected my order delivery date for about a week out, however, due to supplier stock they ended up shipping it out about an extra two weeks later. No problem, Clearly informed me of the shortage and provided the shipping details and tracking information as soon as they were able to. They reimbursed a part of my order for the inconvenience all while remaining completely obtainable, professional and polite. I've been ordering from Clearly for over ten years and this is an example of why I am a repeat customer.
They arrived right away in proper packaging on my doorstep with a contact solution sample bottle. I am happy with the service from clearly contacts, my second time ordering from here.
Excepted to wait a week but it arrived within 24 hours! Awesome!

FedEx delivered to the wrong location. After contact Clearly and Fedex, I was instructed to wait and see if they showed up (forget the fact I'm needing them, will be without eyewear and could have just purchased locally). I caught on my camera 3 days later the package dropped off by someone who had received it by mistake (lucky). I got an email 2 weeks later from FedEx ("our notes show your package was delivered on xx date" - real helpful) and then 3-4 weeks from Clearly asking if it ever showed up. Thanks for actually caring. For the record, FedEx is terrible here so I recommend you find someone else, they've messed up almost every order we've had here. It would also be nice to show more care from Clearly than a follow up a month later. This was such a bad experience I'm pretty sure none of us will be coming back and will just shop local from now on.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
