Contact lenses (Bausch & Lomb SofLens Toric) are probably the worst lenses I've ever used.
I'm an experienced contact lense wearer of well over 20 years.
I've mostly used Coopervision Biofinity lenses - 2 week wear, and they've been very comfortable.
These feel like there is dust in my eyes. I've removed them and cleaned and put them back in several times, this does not help. My left eye is actually very red and uncomfortable after a day wearing these. I'm not surprised they are discontinued.
I'm going to try another new set tomorrow. I'm hoping for some resolution for this, otherwise my plan is to order through my optometrist ASAP.

Frames are super cute as I bought for the musical 9 to 5 (1979).
I received my glasses around the time it was estimated.
I am very pleased with the quality and the awesome deal for pricing.
Recommendations went out to friends and family for the prompt service for a quality product.
Clearly is the only place I will order glasses from now on.

Slow received. Sent by mail but took along time. Then glasses were put in a case that I could barely open

Pleased with glasses and service. Frames are great. Orders always arrive early. What's not to love? Only thing I miss is having them fitted.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
