I have a small face and strong prescription, so finding frames that fit are a challenge. The ones I selected from the website were not suitable so I contacted the call centre. The customer service rep reviewed my choices and based on my measurements suggested a few others that did not appear in my search. The frames she recommended fit me well, which is why I am keeping them. I am sorry I did not write down the agent's name, as she was very helpful, patient and friendly. I had a positive experience. Thank you.

Glasses prices a are great

The glasses came in fast and received them well. Only issue with one frames. The blue light glasses are too close to my eyes and brush against my eye lashes.not the worst but a bit of an annoyance.

Great customer service

I have been very pleased with clearly. It took a few tries to get the right prescriptions and measurements and they were very patient and accommodating as I needed to try a couple times to get glasses that felt good and that I liked. Made the exchange process very easy and seamless. Very happy with service and so far my new glasses.

Amazing Service

This is the 1st time that I ordered prescription glasses online and what a pleasant surprise
I could "try on" with my laptop camera, wide range of frame and choice of different glasses options
It was delivered within 10 days in nice glasses box

Not completely satisfied

The price was right. Ordering was easy. But,
I couldn't wear the glasses for any length of time and couldn't get used to them. Have been meaning to return them.
