Always love your quick service and glasses. The last two that I received are too wide and fall off my face when I lean forwards. Not sure what to do about that. I could send them back but I need them?
Everything was great. Only thing was that no where on the site (that i could find) did it say which province you ship from. Therefore, no indication of of how long it would take to arrive BEFORE I placed the order and received tracking details. Now I know for next time (so I don't wait until i'm on my last pair of lenses).
Replaced, returned and refunded pair of glasses for me that didn't fit and still gave me original discount. Thanks Clearly.

Glasses arrived quicker than I expected and were a perfect fit, thanks guys!
The package arrived very quickly and in a cute box with a velvet pouch. The only downside is the arms of the glasses were pin straight so if I look down they slide off my face.

We can suggest visiting a local optical store to help with this, they will be able to heat and reform the glasses arms to fit your head better, and hopefully stay up better. I only use clearly for ordering contacts, however I am in the market for some glasses now so that might change. I love using clearly to order my contacts, always has great deals, shipping is super fast (which is great because I always forget to order until the last minute), and once when I made a mistake on my order it was super simple to have it fixed. 10/10 would recommend
I love the 2 pairs of glasses I got from clearly. They are lightweight, trendy, good quality for the price.
My only issue has been that they are slightly too big for my face and tend to slide down my nose.
Received my contacts really quickly and no problems with order!

If you have question please dont be shy to ask, they will help. If you never order your own prescription glasses or contacts please call them to help. You, i strongly recommend as it is not super straight forward to read a prescription and complete the fields correctly if you are not familiar with. The second order it will be a breeze!

Picked glasses online after dealing exclusively with a different online glasses company the last few years. Because of my son's unique prescription they were unable to satisfy the order and I checked elsewhere online one found clearly. Ordered once and the order was filed perfectly.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
