They stand behind their products

I had to return two pairs of glasses way after the allowed time period because the Optometrist had made a mistake. There was no hesitation in refunding my money. I ordered two replacement pairs!

I ordered from home in Winnipeg. Delivery was estimated 10 days. Was on my way to Kelowna so had the glasses shipped to Kelowna. Whan I arrived, several days later, The glasses were waiting

Great eyeglasses

The eyeglasses are great and are a good fit. The sunglasses are fine too but the arms are so straight they keep sliding down my nose, it would be better if they were bent a little bit to fit behind my ears.

It sounds like an adjustment may help your sunglasses fit you a bit better. We have a blog article regarding how to safely do this at home (https://www.clearly.ca/thelook/how-to-adjust-glasses/). Alternatively, we can suggest contacting your local optical shop, as they may be able to also help adjust your frames for you. When I first got my glasses they kept sliding down my nose. I went to the Robson Street store and the store manager adjusted the arms of the glasses and now I have a perfect fit.
