No complaints thus far. I received everything that I ordered within the two week period and without any issue. Ordered the purple venom coloured contacts, gemstone green coloured contacts and a few eyecare products. Been wearing the purple coloured contacts for about a month now, on and off and I am satisfied with it. No trouble with it. Will try the gemstone green next. Overall, I'm impressed and satisfied with the service of this website and the quality of their products. Thank you.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses for 1/4 of the price I have paid in the past for 1 pair. They were delivered quickly and they are excellent quality. Im so glad I ordered. Will be ordering again in the future.

One of the contact lens that I ordered was open and the lens inside dried up. Called customer service and they were very nice and helpful to give me credits. However, should still pay attention to quality to avoid dried up lenses.

It was great. I tried the digital testing first, and looked at a few options. My first option wasn't available, but I was still able to order something I liked. The delivery was good and pretty quick.

Obsessed with my glasses - they are so stylish and and fit my face perfectly. Never buying name brand again
The 2nd pair of glasses I ordered did not seem to have the correct right lenses. I called and had a bad experience. The Clearly representative was more interested in up selling me than helping me. I received the replacement pair but the whole experience was awful and may be returning them all to you.

Glasses were of good quality for the price I paid, they do tend to slip off my nose quite a bit but otherwise they are fine.
Sorry to hear the frames are a bit loose Nadia! If you're finding that the frames are genuinely to big (completely falling off while walking, working etc.) you can always avail yourself of our awesome 14 day (60 days during COVID) return policy for eyeglasses that are in their unworn condition. However, if you feel they are good, just a bit loose, some fine tuning can make a world of difference, and is something you can do yourself at home! Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
