I always enjoy shopping for glasses on Clearly.ca. It is easy to filter what shape and size of glasses that is suitable for my face, especially with the try-on camera feature. Also, it is easy to do returns if I end up not liking them.

I had issues with the fit of my first pair. Customer service walked me through an exchange for another pair that would be a better fit. The return and exchange were easy and quick. Highly recommend anyone looking to get some eyewear at an affordable price.

Fits great, good condition and I loved the packaging.
First time with prescription glasses (57 years old). The independent optometrist office told me I should buy progressive glasses for computer/reading use. I paid a fortune for a pair of glasses that caused nausea, headaches, neck pain and eye strain. They told me to expect it would take some time to adjust. I went online and ordered a single prescription from Clearly and what a difference. They immediately adjusted my vision without all the side effects of the progressives. I'm so glad I ordered from Clearly. I've finally been able to adjust to my progressive glasses, but still prefer the glasses I bought online from Clearly for reading. Will only order from Clearly in the future.

Expérience unique, c'est intéressant de pouvoir essayer virtuellement les lunettes, surtout en ces temps difficile et particulière! Ce qui manque sans doute est le service après vente, l'ajustement... je sais que l'on peut aller en magasin chez l'optométriste, mais bon, c'est le petit détail manquant de l'achat en ligne qui me dérange, et pas d'étui avec la lunette! Autrement, lunettes de bonne qualité, et expérience agréable!

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
