I ordered and got what i needed. Fairly easy experience and exactly what you'd expect when ordering something online.
Now, the fact that i've been asked to review the service about a dozen time since is annoying
Was expecting the delivery to be around 10 days but came much sooner. The site was also super easy to use to order my contacts.
Usually next day delivery in bc, best prices, I don't understand how stand-alone eyewear shops are still in business when these guys are around.
It was good and I was happy with order. It came fast and had cute gummy bears.
Feels weird to review a contact lens website, but it's surprisingly quick delivery with Clearly. If I order on Monday, I usually get them by the end of the week (if not sooner! Like Wednesday?!).
And affordable too!

Got the contacts, awesome, easy peasy process, but the contacts themselves kinda suck? Any dust or dirt remains on there pretty firmly and it's almost impossible to keep them clean because of that. The product was from Everclear. Maybe the silicon doesn't work for me?

I ordered regular contact lenses when in fact I require the multifocal contact lenses. But, unfortunately I partially opened the box, although I did not open any of the lenses, and your return policy states that I can not return the lenses. The lenses came quickly and the ordering process is simple. I just made the mistake.
So Clearly reviewed my review and contacted me. They wanted to help in any way they could. They asked me a couple of questions about my order and then... they offered to credit my account even though I had opened the box and it clearly states that contact lens boxes must be unopened for a refund. I am so impressed by Clearly. The customer service is A++. Thank you Jane S for reaching out and offering to correct my mistake.

Placed order online and it arrived quickly.
Very pleased with whole process.
I started order from Clearly a couple of years ago and I will continue for as long as I will wear contacts. The order usually arrive before the estimated time, but do not order express, they will give the parcel to a company that basically doesn't even deliver to your house anymore and force you to pick it up from convenience stores in Marda Loop.
I struggled for at least 5 years to find contacts that were comfortable to wear. My aunt introduced me to this brand of coloured contacts and I'm already on my second box. They're also good for dry eyes when paired with Bausch+Lomb Saline Plus solution.
Shipping was extremely quick and product was accurate
I have tried a lot of contacts over the years. These are the best monthly ones for keeping eyes moist & comfortable.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
