It plumps without the annoying tingle. It has a luxurious feel and added benefit of setting my lip color. I don't have to reapply but maybe once the ENTIRE DAY! And that is usually because I just love the feel! Very happy with this product. So much so that I ordered the City Moisturizer to try as well.

I really do love this lip gloss, I have almost no upper lips & could not wear any product in the past that didn't look like clown lips! I have clear and colored gloss. I do find that I need lip liner with the colored gloss to keep the color from bleeding. I put the clear gloss on every night & put it on my fine lines around my lips. I haven't noticed a difference in the fine lines as of yet. (2 weeks) I wish City Beauty would sell lip liner, can't find one that I really like! This product does work, very subtle but happy to be able to wear something besides chapstick!

I originally bought this product to plump up my lips and fully expected it to be so-so. Not only has it indeed made my lips fuller, but it has kept them moisturized through winter weather that ALWAYS requires me to reapply lip balm all day long to avoid cracking and just really uncomfortably dry lips. I use it twice a day and so far have been able to hike in snow and sleet for an hour and come back with perfectly comfortable lips. If it did nothing else but that, I would have been satisfied - but it really seems to be working as advertised for me!

Like the way it's helping my lips be moister. Seems to be filling in fine lines around top lip. I put it on at night because it does seem to make my lip stain not stay as long.
Only used a couple weeks, but definate change. I am going to get my daughter to try it they say you can see a change in my lips. I would definately recommend the city lips. It makes your lips feel great and you can accually feel it working. I use morning and night.

This lip balm is excellent; especially if you have dry lips. I put it on in the morning and my lips stay moist and soft all day. I also put it on before I go to bed.
