My transport service was amazing, had 2 large dogs shipped from CA to MA; took them 4 days and were in constant contact. Once I accepted the Bid from the carrier, I dealt with them directly. Never needed to deal with customer service, so no comment!

I needed to get a 10 week old pekingese puppy from Philadelphia to Salem Oregon. I listed it then got responses. The shipper I choose was Adam Kurs, he was on time, kept in touch everyday with pictures and texts. The puppy arriveded happy clean, bouncy. This was the first time I ever used the site. I highlly reccomend their services.
Deck delivered our Tibetan Spaniel to us from Texas he was able to be flexible as far as transportation and meeting location. He was very professional and reliable he kept in contact throughout transportation. I would recommend him without a second guess:-)

I'd like to start by saying I've never used a dog shipping company before, nor was I aware such a thing existed. I found this website through a google search because I reallllllly didn't want to put an older dog on an airplane. Or any dog for that matter. That said, Brenda is fantastic! We needed to ship my dad's dog from Tulsa, OK to my home in Seattle, WA, quickly. Brenda worked with us to get it done affordably and without having to fly the pup. Brenda and her husband picked up our pup and all of her stuff on a Monday evening and drove her straight to us, arriving Wednesday morning. Brenda communicated wonderfully the entire time, with ETA and pup updates and pictures. Our dog arrived healthy and happy, with all of her items. I'm so glad such a website exists, and people like Brenda and her husband who are willing to safely drive precious cargo across the country! Many thanks to them! I gave 4 out of 5 stars because the fee the website charges is a bit steep...
Deborah was amazing. She picked up my cats the day after I booked and she drove straight through from NY to WI. She has a large van and my cats were able to eat and use the litter box during the ride. She sent me updates via text as she hit each state on the drive. She got to my apartment at 1:30 am and helped me get the cats and their things inside, all with a smile on her face after a 15 hr drive. I would definitely book with Deborah again, she was wonderful.
Eric went above and beyond! He constantly kept in touch and monitored my puppy the entire time. He shopped for supplies and was trustworthy.

Brenda was AMAZING! I was really afraid to book based on all the research about pet shipping scams. However, after reading reviews, Brenda was the perfect fit. I had never used a service like this, so I was naturally nervous. The transporters responded very quickly to my request for a long-distance drive in a short time-frame with an incredibly reasonable quote. Lily was in touch with me the entire trip with updates. The kitten they were transporting needed to have medication during the trip and they were more than happy to accommodate his needs. I was anxious about meeting the cat, but not at all about his trip.
