This was the best find. I was able to have my baby girl transported from NM to AZ within a timely manner and very affordably too. Once I was given the quote and paid for the service I was provided with all the necessary information. I was even able to track my little girl and I knew where she was at any given moment.
My shipper was incredible! She was in constant communication with me which was great! She was able to pick up quickly and with only a couple days notice.

I found a great shipper at a great price on CitizenShipper.com. Bravo Nation, Inc. hauled an aircraft from Delaware to Texas for us. My only complaint is CitizenShipper rates 278.00 for their part was considerably higher than Uship charges.

Be careful! I had a down payment of $309 stolen from me through this website! I had a gentleman offer me a price that was too good to be true! Once everything was set I asked him what the next step is. He told me to pay him through PayPal. I thought that it was secure. He never showed up! I contacted CitezenShipper to give them a chance to make things right but they said because I didn't pay through them their hands were clean. I had no idea or intent to not use them and I was taken advantage of. I am extremely upset. My husband is active duty. We just had a baby. We scraped up what we could to get our fur baby to us and some theif took complete advantage of that and stole our money. I am now using the bank to get it back who completely agrees that the website should be responsible for who they contract. CitizenShipper didn't even ask me about the driver so that means he's still working for them! His name is Albert H. Do not let this individual take advantage of you. And don't trust CitizenShipper to have your back.

Excellent place to book a shipment, the drivers are real normal people that understand your needs, I got my dog shipped trough them and they connect me with the right driver, I'm really happy with the results

Barbara was absolutely wonderful. She took my sweet little boy Onyx (65 lb Black Lab lol) quite a long distance and kept me updated on their trip through texts and pics. Onyx looked happy and comfy and clearly enjoyed his adventure to our new home! I would definitely recommend Barbara for anyone wanting their pet to be treated like more than just cargo!

I've tried uship, hail tails, nothing was as thorough and efficient as the driver I got thru citizenshipper! It's like a marketplace and u pick a driver. Too cool! Glad they got my new baby home safe
Okay, so I unfortunately was one of those really stubborn customers who kept going back and forth. I hired a driver to ship an animal and I kept going back and forth with canceling the shipment to I want to keep it help me contact my driver. Jennifer B. Was beyond helpful and extremely patient. She tried to walk me through the cancelling process on the website and I was struggling so she handled it on her side. I ended up actually cancelling my shipment in the end so I didn't get to experience that but over all the site it really easy to use. But if you have to cancel a shipment you may have to email customer service.
But over all awesome website.
