They helped me find friendly people to take my fur baby one place to another when I didn't have another option! They started finding people fast and helping me with my budget, I will definitely use again! I love this site and was one of the fastest to help
They were very friendly and got my pets moved easily and quickly, my two cats are very sensitive and dislike cages but instead of hiding at the end of the trip they were very curious about their new home!

Michael and Debbie picked up a puppy for me and brought her to my home. They contacted the breeder beforehand and made sure that everything was lined up. They called and texted me throughout the entire trip (6hrs) and they took excellent care of my puppy! She arrived happy and eager to play. I was very glad that Michael and Debbie were honest and told me when my pup was stressed at her first time being in a crate. They were able to calm her and they texted to tell me she was sleeping. This was an excellent experience. Michael and Debbie are friendly, reliable and communicative. I will refer this couple to anyone who needs a transport. I would definitely use them again!

After another company canceled last minute we were pressed to find a transport for our baby in a rush. We relocated from NY to Florida. Citizen shipper helped us find a bunch of companies willing to do it at a great price! I am so thankful we found all paws! They gave us a very fair price and a window of time that worked perfectly for us. All delays (because of traffic and what not) were clearly communicated. During the trip they provided a tracker so I could see where they were and texts daily and at my request. She sent pics with every text so I could see her. Our dog arrived safely and on the day discussed. She was very well taken care of and happy! We would highly recommend their services and will def use them again if needed! Citizen shipper makes it so easy to complete these transactions and for us to feel secure in our choice! I will def use them for all my needs!

This was realky stressful for us, but they made it so easy and uodated us with pics along the way, it could not have gone better. We wanted to take her home with us also she was so sweet and took such good care of our puppy!

I just found this online while searching how to ship my puppy and I couldn't be happier. Very professional and cost effective. Also the puppy was driven with care instead of shipped via plane bu people who may be less caring/careful. This site is a MUST have on your list of contacts for such a need!
