I could repeat here the same horror story of all those 100+ people who left a 1-star review before me. For me too, it took 3 months for the sandals to actually arrive after multiple inquiries and even a Paypal dispute. I thought my money was wasted. When the sandals actually arrived, I was in disbelief and shock. Like others said, rather ugly and cheap-looking and bad smelling. I let them air out outside and ignored them for a while. The smell went away after a few days, and when I actually tried wearing them around the house, I found them to be quite comfy! My feet cannot tolerate many shoes due to various problems but I was able to wear these for hours at a time. Scam it was but if the story of why Cici threads went out of business is true, I feel for them.

Shocking!

I ordered two pairs of sandals at the beginning of June, and despite regular e-mails where I was told the delay was due to huge demand, I still received nothing. As I needed the sandals for my holiday at the end of July, I gave them a deadline and requested that the order be cancelled if they could not meet that deadline. However, I was advised that the goods had already been despatched so I couldn't cancel. Like most other people, I eventually received what I thought was an empty grey envelope, but found it did contain a tiny cheap metal charm. I realised then that I had been scammed, and just put it down to experience, I had learnt my lesson the hard way, never buy anything through Facebook.
I thought nothing more of it until today, when I received a package. Inside were the black sandals I'd ordered, correct size (41), The second white pair is size 35! Both pairs are really poor quality, and smell disgusting, as though whoever made them smoked heavily. They will both be going in the bin.
Like I said, I will never buy anything through Facebook again. I am so disillusioned, I now report every shoe ad as a Scammer to Facebook. There are so many advertising nowadays, most of which have only been in business a couple of months, so I guess very few are genuine.

I ordered 4 pairs back on July 4th and on August 4th I emailed asking where my order was. Said that they were back ordered and will mail out soon. I received email on September 4th saying my order was shipped. I received my order last night and only got one pair of the sandals and they smelled so bad I had to put them outside. Could not stand the odor.

Ordered sandals in June for my holiday in August. They wrote and told me there would be a delay, so I told them to cancel the order as I wanted them for my holiday. I must have told them about 10 times to cancel the order and refund the money, but they kept ignoring my message or telling me to be patient. They then messaged me and said that the item had been dispatched, so I could no longer cancel, even though I had requested to cancel and have a refund several times previously. The item finally arrived in September (way after my holiday) and are absolute rubbish. I have emailed to say this and have had no response. Complete waste of money. Worst quality shoes I have ever seen and they will probably go straight in the bin, as they will be no good for my holiday next year either, as the quality is abissmal and there is absolutely no comfort to these shoes at all. They are not as described or as the picture shows. Prepare to be ripped off if you buy from this company

Never Never Buy this stuff

Ordered in June, communicated for three months my dissatisfaction. Ordered two blue pair of sandals, got yellow/orange sandals. Came from China. Wish I could send back but I see someone wrote that after 30 days, they don't do returns. A $35 mistake that I will never make again! Would report to BBB but I don't think a company exists.

Totally rubbish shoes. I over ordered by 3 pairs by mistake. Contacted them as soon as I place order but they never reduced the order so I paid around £75.00 for these sandals that were probably worth a £5.00 at the most. It took them months to deliver and only finally received them after putting a dispute into pay pal. Summer was over when they came sizing is out I'm a size 40 and they won't fit. They are that rubbish i would never wear them

What is the problem with you company - I they can't handle the volume explain to the customers - I do not want these shoes - stopped payment and got them and now have to pay $23.00 to send back I am not paying that amount of money since I wrote the President and complained and told him and your customer service about not sending the shoes and I received them - send me an envelope to send them back in I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered in early June. Tried cancelling when no delivery after six weeks. After numerous emails complaining and getting replies about tickets being sold out... which was not even relevant... they said my order was dispatched. Further six weeks passed, complained again and told them to cancel order. Same drivel in emails then the order arrived. They are the worst sandals ever! Rubbish materials and supposed to have had cushioned sole and arch support... cork sole, no arch support whatsoever and no invoice enclosed. Can't return because more than thirty days since original purchase date. They will be going In The Bin and I would never order from them again. Angry

I ordered two pairs of sandals at the beginning of June, paid for them on PayPal and have yet to receive them. PayPal has reversed the payment but this company is continuing to send me "confirmation of my order" emails. They keep telling me that the sales were so overwhelming that they can't keep up with the shipments. A different email tells me that my order has been shipped, giving me a link that takes me nowhere. This company continues to try and make me think that my order is on its way. SCAM

Got a refund via Paypal then 2 days ago got an email from Cici to say my order was being dispatched! Parcel arrived today and I have refused to accept it but as the courier had left it on my doormat I picked it up and felt through the plastic bag that it was not even what I had ordered! Oh and also about a month ago a plastic bag was delivered with the original parcel number on it! The bag was about 16x16cms and I thought it was empty until I was brushing the floor and saw the tiniest gold coloured heart so I assume it came out of the bag(not even actual gold) Steer well clear.

I ordered sandals on the 1st June like so many people I was convinced this is a scam. After 3 month and persistently sending them emails I received my sandals to day. It seems to me if you don't keep at them they keep your money. I will not order from this company again.

I ordered sandals the first day they showed up on Facebook. That was June 21st 2019. I wrote to them weekly sometimes daily asking where my order. My last email informed them that I would not give up and might even get the Atty General of my state to check into this fraud. This morning I received an email and text saying my shoes had shipped and gave me a tracking number too. Also, notified me that they themselves had been scammed by their Chinese supplier and were forced to close down.

Bought and paid for two pair of sanders. I contacted the company after a couple of months they tracked my order a showed me that my order was in the country from Laos on July 15. Well no shoes arrived and now the company is out of business. Scammed again.
