Second Rolex that I have bought using the site and great experience both times.
The only hiccup was caused by my bank automatically flagging the purchase as suspicious because Chrono24 uses a non-U.S. Bank. After calling my bank they removed the hold and everything else went smoothly. I will purchase from Chrono24 again, but in the future I will notify my bank in advance to warn them of an impending foreign money transfer.

I bought a rolex batman on chrono24, as i was comfortable with their 14 day escrow hold of the payment to verify authenticity. This gave me time to drop at the nearest authorized dealer, who shipped it to rolex in switzerland for a general service. Authenticity has been confirmed. I would never buy a watch online without some sort of escrow arrangement, so I will be using chrono24 for any future purchases. I even have some watches i dont wear so i will use them to sell as well. Highly recommended from a happy customer.
