My credit cards were rejected during checkout, and I had to call Chrono24 to have it accepted. The problem was solved easily, but it took a little bit more time and effort from my side to have the order processed.
I made my first purchase in August as a new Chrono24 user. I was skeptical at first, but man what a great experience.
I was able to finally get the Rolex I wanted (Daytona). The entire process took 3 days from my first bid to receiving the watch. Simply amazing!
Chronos24 rarely fails to please. There is such a wide range of brands and models. I have made several purchases on the site. And with each purchase, I had the comfort of knowing that Chrono24 guarantees that every watch is authentic.
There's always a problem with mailing from another country to USA.
I don't understand why Chrono24 always show me products from, or the sellers don't know what's the cost for shipping here and I don't blame the seller.

Avoid them. I bought a watch from a private seller. The listing said it was sold with original papers. Upon delivery I checked only that the watch was working and put it back in the box as this was a present for my father. Several days later, when I offered the present, my father noticed that the day after wearing it, the watch stopped working. Then I looked at the paper and realised those were not original. The leaflet was for a different watch whilst the card had been manually overwritten! I had to bring the watch to a bulgari shop who is asking the price I paid to repair.
But chrono 24 is the typical company that applies abusive T&C, so as the 7 days had passed, they didn't care whether this was a fraudulent listing and the seller was a scammer. They had their commission, which is all that matters to them.
Be warned. Much better platforms out there. Yes, the seller is the one who was a scammer, but what's shocking is that chrono 24 doesn't care about fraudulent listings and their customers getting scammed. I'm the one left with a watch that isn't working and fake papers. The seller of course is insulting me and refuses to cancel the sale. Chrono had their fee so they're fine.
I will never use them again and can only recommend you use other platforms.
I have bought several watches via Chrono24 and so far my experience with the watches I have bought has been very good. I've also sold a watch through them and find the process to be fairly easy and straight forward as well.
