They do not care that the seller doesn't follow the rules of shipping. Then Chrono24 holds the buyers money even though they did nothing wrong. I currently don't have the watch I thought I purchased and they will not refund me my 37k until the seller gets the watch back, they have offered no eta to when that will happen. So I have no watch and I'm without my 37k.
