I don't like that we can't remove the "suggest price" option as a private seller. I'm tired of low-ball offers. I also dislike that we cannot tell if private sellers have sold before and I can't show that I have sold before, even though i've sold many watches.
Love the filters however I would love a pricing sort option from high to low/vice versa. Otherwise Chrono24 is great! The buying experience was easy. I really enjoy using the watch collection feature, adding my watches and watching the rise and fall of values.
Chrono24 put all my concerns at rest regarding the purchase of a luxury watch sight-unseen. It is a very daunting task to send thousands of dollars to someone without ever seeing the watch in person. Chrono24 gave me confidence in my purchase and I will definitely be using Chrono24 again in the future.
They are supposed to keep your money in escrow until you've had your watch for several days. Since I am happy with the purchase, I don't need to contact them. However, they give me no alert that my contingency period is expiring. In other words, if you have a problem, you must chase after them. Otherwise, you forever hold your breath.

Chrono24 responded quickly and professionally when I made inquiries. The purchase process was easy and seemed safe. The return process was easy, however I ultimately decided to keep the watch. After I cancelled my return I still received a couple of emails telling me to send back the watch. There are a couple of less than accurate claims in the listing. It is unclear to me if Chrono24 has acknowledged my specific complaints about the seller's listing or if any actions will be taken. Perhaps I simply expect too much. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase as long as the watch continues to perform flawlessly as one would expect from a new, genuine Longines watch. I would use Chrono24 again and I would even purchase from the same seller again. I want to have a good relationship with the people from which I buy watches. The overall experience was decent.

Chronos 24 was a real mystery to me before I bought my first watch and I was very apprehensive. As iIt turns out my original purchase didn't keep the correct time. I contacted them and the dealer and everything worked just the way they said it would.
The dealer was apologetic and offered to fix it but I wasn't interested...I wanted a refund and chrono24 was right on top of it. They initiated the return and credited my CC in a timely fashion. I would definitely buy another watch from them!
I'd say there was some hesitation at first but quickly got comfortable with the process and ability to return should I not be satisfied. Very happy with purchased and the inter-workings. I'd do it again, but will enjoy my Panerai for now.
