This company is a joke. I purchased a Rolex watch for $2100 on June 10th. The seller did not have it in stock yet chrono24 took my money and I have been begging them since then to issue me a full refund. It is now June 30th and they have begun to ignore my request and I have still not received any refund. Avoid this company at all costs! They must being going broke because they can't refund there buyers and are slow paying there sellers.

Missed promised delivery dates. Confusing messaging on actual day of delivery but watch did arrive. Dealer promised a credit to makeup for hassle.
The whole experience was quite easy. Seller was quick and responsive, and the whole process was quick, even during the covid19 slowdown.

I've had great experiences with the watches I've purchased and everybody I've made contact with is very professional.
I love the website platform. It gives you all the tools in terms to review, compare, search and interact with the sellers if you are interested in any watch. I make my first purchase and in terms of the website tools, everything worked perfectly! The only reason i'm not giving 5 stars is because the delivery process regarding logistics companies and customs paperwork you have to make is really complicated. I know this isn't chrono24 fault, however it would be great, that chrono 24 offered a basic guideline (even though it's not perfectly accurate) on how to import your purchase and all the extra costs regarding customs liberation with the delivery companies (Fed Ex, DHL). Maybe they could gather shopper experiences from previous buyers (such as myself) to start building this guidelines. Oher than that i think Chrono24 it's an excellent website!

Chrono24 does not charge buyers any extra fees for the commission. Please note that sellers always create offers and ads in their own currency. Chrono24 converts this amount and shows it to the buyer in their own currency before they pay.

The exchange rate provided by the payment service is a maximum of 2% above the price set by the European Central Bank (ECB). In addition to the standard exchange fees, this difference also includes the costs of transferring the money, for example from Europe to Asia.
