Nach 3 gescheiterten Versuchen, die Omega Seamaster online bei anderen Händlern zu bestellen, habe ich in diesem einen sehr guten Händler gefunden. Die Abwicklung des Geschäftes war absolut professionel von Anfang bis Ende und benötigte nur 4 Tagen. Jedem Uhrenfreund kann ich diesen Händler nur empfehlen. Auf Fragen per email wurde stets prompt geantwortet und auch die Sendung der Uhr verlief professionell, von der Verpackung bis hin zu einem persönlichen Gruß. I had to get in touch with customer service, who have ridiculous phone hours and email response times of >3 days. What´s worse, they were not helpful and did not get back to until pressed them 3 times. Don´t let them fool you with information on the site. They charge a ridiculous 2% fee on Amex, which you will only see at the very last step of check-out. Not recommended. There is another player which is far more professional.
Finally, privacy is not valued. Even though I asked for deleting my data I keep getting numerous eMails from them and "partners", the latter having my full name and tx details!
