Lights that I ordered were just as advertised. Products took longer than expected to arrive, but very satisfied overall.
The box tge mini Xmas tree could have been bigger as it was quite squashed, especially tge top.
I received the item just fine. Turned it on and it didn't work. I checked the batteries and they were leaking in the battery box. It took me an hour to get the item working again
You trick a potential customer into thinking the swag lights connect to the bow. There's no way that is possible. You need to remove that photo. Market the swag lights separately from the bow. I would not have bought it. Your picture shows on a house with the bow in between the swags. How is that possible? There's no way to connect those swags to the bow. That is a fraud marketing scheme. Your return policy is ridiculous.
Product arrived and was just as pictured. I was pleased with the purchase and feel that the it was a good value for a quality product.

I love the Advent calendar we bought, but a couple of the doors don't stay shut due to misalignment with the magnet and screw, and one of the ornaments was missing it's string. Otherwise I think it's great and am really happy with my purchase.
I ordered two 48" lighted wreaths. The box that they came in stated that they were in fact 48". However, the tape measure shows 32" from wire to wire and approximately 36" from the outside of the branches. The price was good and it was too close to Christmas to ask for replacements.
It was easy to order from. I needed light blue wired lights for my blue tree and they were the only people who had them. I will differently order from them again.
