There were several broken Christmas balls in both packages!

Delay due to demand by customers, not enough stock apparently

Has had some items I were looking for however, these lights I purchased are not tire Purple and should not be called as such.

The blue on these ornaments is not sky blue as advertised, it is much darker than the photo. Not what i expected but pretty so i am keeping them.

My order was easy to place, came in a respectful time, came in great condition and was a very good price. I will order from Christmas Central again.

On my first order of Northlight icicle lights, I expected the multicolor lights to be intermixed, like the photo on the box and in the add shows, but instead each icicle had the lights in the same order, with the top light on each icicle red, the second down green, third blue etc., which was a very different look and didn't match the lights I already had. I rearranged the bulbs to match (which was difficult), but there were more red and green bulbs than blue and yellow, so it was out of balance. One strand also came dirty covered in some kind of brown dust, which I had to clean off. I placed a second order, but part of the order was canceled and refunded, I think because they ran out of stock, but no notice given to me, except an email saying the status of the order had changed to "partially shipped", not indicating that the other part of the order had actually been cancelled.

Great customer service. Replied promptly to all my questions. The lights are perfect.

My order was fairly priced, and delivery was prompt and well packaged.

I had a problem with a previous purchase, their customer service is a REAL person, she was friendly and resolved it quickly.

Ornament was as pictured. Very pretty and packed nicely. Delivered in a timely manner.

Very happy to have found this site and will definitely use again and refer to friends. Items were packaged well to prevent breakage. Delivery was timely but I ordered several items which came in four shipments. It would have been helpful to have more updates on what was being shipped together and the Eta.

Love these. They make putting up lights so much easier.
