This were perfect. I looked all over for shatterproof shiny ornaments, and I found them at Christmas Central. I was very happy when they arrived in time to decorate the tree.
There was a nice selection of ornaments on the website and they were even prettier in person.

We thought when we paid extra for two day shipping that it would be rushed out and receive two day shipping from the post office. Not so - senseless to pay extra.

I specifically ordered outdoor LED strip lights. They looked so nice until 3 days later it rained and they all burnt out. I'm not happy but lesson learned... order from somewhere with better/easier free return policy! To pay to return them was not worth what i paid for them. So they are in the garbage and my outside looks half done.
Delivery took way longer than the web site said it would 10+ days.
Christmas Tree is gorgeous. Shipping did take a tad longer than I had hoped but was ok. Our tree box was damaged and did not come with any directions. Our tree came with a remote control, which does not work.
Would have preferred more options. Pink wreath with white lights like I bought last year. Only pink on pink available in the size I needed this year.

We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues.
