Received order, they look great, except what I thought I was ordering was a charcoal colored glitter ornament came has a bluish colored glitter ornament. It's the same number listed on my order that's on the one I received so the picture on the website is deceiving it even stated silver.
The quality of the costume is really nice. The shipping was quick! And I'm very satisfied with the pricing!

We recently purchased new windows and wanted to put up lights to complete our Christmas Theme but did not want to add nor tapes, staples or tacks and you made it happen. We are constantly getting compliments on our display including our lighted perfectly placed lights. They look amazing!

The Christmas Nativity Set is absolutely beautiful. Baby Jesus has a crack in his neck, but all the other pieces are well made.
Customer Service - There is nowhere online where the actual item listed says that this product is non returnable, unless you go to the return section and scroll all the way down to the last item (which is on the 2nd page of the return options and this is the only option on the 2nd page). You would have to actively search for non returnable products.
I placed the order on Nov. 27 and received an email on December 1 (after my credit card has been charged and the product has been shipped) stating the following: "If your merchandise arrives with any damage, the entire order must be refused. If you do not refuse delivery of your item and you sign the bill of lading, there will be no recourse. You cannot claim any damage to your item. Do not sign the bill of lading until you inspect for major damages. If you refuse delivery for damages, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be advised that once merchandise is signed for, our return policy is no longer applicable since this is a non-returnable item. "
Here is the reality of things - It took my wife and I an hour to unpackage and inspect each item. While the delivery driver was waiting around for us, he got a call from his supervisor to leave our house because he had to deliver more packages. THEREFORE, we did not have an opportunity to inspect the entire purchase before the delivery driver left so we had to sign the delivery sheet and lose out on the returning any potentially damaged products.
I called the company and told them that this was an unrealistic expectation to have the customers inspect the entire package while the delivery driver waits around. The agents and supervisors of Christmas Central were unwilling to allow us to inspect the entire package, even though the driver was told to leave our house by his supervisor, and in the event something was damaged (Baby Jesus), return the damaged products. They told me to contact the trucking company if there were any damages. The trucking company isn't going to pay to return a damaged product and then pay to purchase a replacement. Such an asinine company policy for Christmas Central
This was the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. They could not understand that their policy was completely unrealistic. Please reach out to them BEFORE you purchase anything because sometimes returns are necessary. I HIGHLY don't recommend Christmas Central.
I really like the large variety and the sales but packaging is pretty lacking! Most items I've ordered look as of they've been stored in a dusty warehouse for years. 3 of the items purchased were slightly damaged mostly because they were thrown in the box without being sealed, fortunately I was able to glue things back into place. Lastly 2 items ordered were cancelled without any sort of notification and only found out after receiving refunds. I really do like ordering from here but packaging needs to improve and maybe quality control. Thank you.

Really nice looking tree. I was pleasantly surprised since some fake trees look terrible. This one fluffed out very well and looks really great. Had to use lights on a white wire though. Probably should have gotten it pre-lit. Anyway the tree looks really nice and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a slightly antique metallic tree. Price is way less than most places too

We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues.
