My products arrived safely and quickly once shipped. It took a long time for them to ship. I didn't get a confirmation email upon ordering. When I emailed regarding confirmation of order and delivery questions my emails were responded to politely. Just took longer than I wanted for shipment.

The size and color is exactly what I wanted for my projects.

I like the product itself but, I paid extra for 3 day shipping and it took a week instead.

I placed an order. It was delivered. Then I reviewed the product. A couple days later I got a message asking me if I'd received my order, but didn't give me any information about what my order was. I had to do some research to figure out what they were talking about. Then I got this survey without asking me if I wanted to do a survey. So the follow up email and survey dropped my review from 5 stars to 4.

Purchased 10 candleholders and a few hours later $3 each cheaper same day. Emailed as it is a $30 difference. No response no price adjustment. Not happy

Three notifications that were not met, Finally delivered after the 4th.

After trying to get the legs on the reindeer for 30 minutes or so I decided to look the picture up on the website and that's where I found the instruction diagram. After I had that the work went pretty quick just wish I had known 30 minutes earlier.

Excellent blue shatterproof ornaments however, five or six were destroyed, maybe how they were shipped so that was disappointing. We used them for school classes!

Ordered a 50ft pre lit garland, came in good time, very nice, but a section quit working on the 2nd time it was plugged in. Customer Service has been prompt in trying to resolve the issue.

Item lost but promptly replaced. Thank you, just in time for holidays

Found exactly what I needed at a reasonable price.
