I found a product I couldn't find locally or on Amazon for a good price. The only downfall was shipping to Canada.
The lights give the same amount of softness as the incandescent. They are easy to put on the tree and appear to come off as easily. After first installing 4 sets on y 8 ft tree I bought 3 more strands for next year. Love them!
Return policy is confusing and not quick or responsive

Shipping took awhile but it's the holiday season so that's understandable. Quality of the tree is great and it's the perfect addition to my room :)

Took 10 days to fill the order, 4 boxes of light and 3 ribbons. Never got the ribbons. Just cancelled them. They were very quick to give the refund on the ribbons. Within hours. People very nice to deal with. I know a hard time of year and probably like everyone else...understaffed! Noone wants to work!
The picture of the snow flakes looked like the lights were warm white. I was a bit disappointed that they were cool white lights, but the look great.
Head isn't attached, needs to be glued back together.
I love the tree and am very happy with the overall experience. It would be nice to get a confirmation email after placing the order as I didn't see anything from Christmas Central until it shipped. It wasn't a big problem though, just a possible suggestion.
I purchased a Christmas night light. The old fashioned bubbling candle ornament. OMG! I LOVE IT (so much I bought another one) I received both really fast

The color of the lights is green and not teal at all, so will be returning them. Shipping time very slow, almost a month to arrive to me. Price not cheap overall with the shipping cost. Disappointed overall.
