I ordered some orange slice ornaments for my clients who purchased a home in Florida this year. They all loved them. Ornaments were stunning and well made

I purchased 5 window lights and was expecting a little better quality for the price but I put them up and that's that they'll have to do. Thank you for getting them to me before Christmas.

Very poor quality, loads of green plastic in the floor and counter, not one piece and the top doesn't fit in properly, very disappointed, not worth the time and effort and expense to send i5 back!

I ordered what I wanted and expected a tree with more branches and equal distribution of the branches. It was on sale so the price was good but the quality was very disappointing and frankly not worth the trouble to return. TERRIBLE tree - you shouldn't have it on your website.

I ordered my lights and got half of my shipment immediately. However, the second half was not shipped until I called more than a week after I received the first half of my shipment. I received no apology for the mistake nor a callback after speaking to someone about the mistake - I simply got the shipment some days later. I rarely receive such bad service from a company these when there is such automation to most processes.

Additionally, when I called customer to tell them about the delay in the second shipment, I also told them I was to receive a credit for my first order. This never happened!

Again, loved the products, but your customer service was as bad as any I've received in years.

I did a google search looking for a specific item and found it! Checkout was smooth & easy!

The product (a small wreath) was apparently delivered, but not until December 18 (according to USPS notice). But that was about 12 days after it was ordered, and after I had purschaed an alternative wreath for Christmas. So I was not able to use it.

If it gets here quickly, the rating goes up.

Ordered an ornament for our 5 year old granddaughter. Wrong product was shipped (mini tree skirt). Called customer service and they took care of it right away. Received the correct order a few days later. Thanks.

Took over two weeks to get it. But once it arrived, it was good.
