The bow are great quality and should last for several years. Shipping was relatively fast during the busiest time of the year.
I ordered the waving Santa which I received. It was delivered with out delay. The Santa looked good when it arrived, It was assembled and placed outside and plugged in. The issue is the hands do not wave.
The angel was very pretty but smaller than anticipated especially for the price. Seems it should have had more lights and been taller.

Purchased a snowman snow globe as a gift for family. The globe shattered quite soon after when dropped just a few inches on the table top. It is a nice globe with effective snow and snowman figure. I didn't realize how fragile it is though.
I have called customer service twice, and left messages and they don't call me back. I keep getting the recording saying I have called outside of customer service hours, but can't find customer service hours on your web site. I would like to exchange one item that arrived damaged, and need to know how to proceed with the exchange please.

Our items were delivered on time and some early. The quality is great. We are thrilled with our new Santa Clause figures. They are an awesome addition to our collection!
We created a wish list. We were not able to access it. It seemed like the wish list never got saved or we could not access it because we had not placed an order yet with your company. The whole point of a wish list is deciding what you want to purchase from a company. In our case wish lists create larger more expensive orders.
The window rods take patience to install but once in place they are beautiful. Best thing is we will remove the frame, store as is and just place in the window next season. Quick and easy!

You were the only provider of 25-35 incandescent red and green lights! I haven't tried them because of illness during the holiday. You did not text me confirmation. Waited for order to arrive per shipping information, I called for update but customer service was closed. They arrived that day, I was pleased!
I ordered a pair of Christmas themed gnomes, one male and one female a matched pair. I had them delivered to a friend of mine but upon delivery she discovered that the female gnome had been shattered. I then called Christmas Central who without any hesitation sent a replacement which my friend received in good shape. Overall I am very satisfied doing business with Christmas Central and would recommend them to anyone as they are very professional and and definitely know the meaning of customer service.
The item I ordered arrived in about a week, but I received no notification. I had to telephone to get an email confirmation of my order. I was told that I would receive an email when the item shipped, but that never happened. I don't know if this poor system is normal for Christmas Central or was just a problem close to Christmas.
These put the finishing touches on our tree. Ornaments were sensibly priced, packaged well, and delivered before Christmas!

We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues.
