I ordered 2 wreaths on Dec. 7,2020. They were to be exterior Christmas decorations. I waited over 2 weeks and never received them. I called Christmas Central to attempt to track the shipment down and the first customer service rep could not find a tracking number and could not help me. The second customer service rep. Did find the order and told me that the wreaths were damaged while being processed, they were never sent, and they were now out of stock.
Christmas Central never emailed/called me to inform me of this. I could have waited for these wreaths for a month if I hadn't called. Horrible customer service. I am to receive a refund. Had I know this issues weeks ago I would have shopped in my city for wreaths and had them on the house now.

I previously purchased 2 sets of lights (from Target but they go through Christmas Central). These were globe lights and when I plugged in one set a bulb exploded about a foot from my face. Thankfully I was not hurt but it scared me. So I decided to go direct through Christmas Central and pay for next day shipping so I could get another set sooner to get my lights up for the holidays. I ordered on a Friday. There is no mention on their site when you click on 'Next Day' that business days exclude Saturday & Sunday so 'Next Day' is not an option. Consequently my order wasn't even processed until sometime Monday and I did not receive the lights until 5 days after my initial order day.
Watch out! Big waste of money and there is no way they would consider giving me a portion of that shipping fee back not to mention a replacement.

AWEFUL!

This company is horrible! AWEFUL! Terrible! My item arrived late poking through the box! The UPS delivery man pointed out the damaged box and the item protruding from the box. The driver said that the box was too small. The customer service is pathetic and you cannot understand a word they are saying. Horrible experience!

Do not order anything from these people.
Christmas Central never shipped our order but they had no problem charging our credit card.
They are thefts and won't refund us.

I feel scammed!

I placed an order for 3-day delivery. Then on day 3 I called to verify and asked for the tracking number, only find out that they take 3 day to process the order, then the shipping days count begins. However, they couldn't provide me the tracking number. I was told that the Warehouse is backed up and hasn't sent it. Next, I was told they have personally sent an email to the warehouse supervisor and will send me an email with the tracking number as soon as he responds. This was after I called them 5 times and left a message under prompt #2 for order status. Which by the way was never returned! If you push #2 no one picks up, in fact you are automatically disconnected. This also happens when you press #1 too. You just have to keep calling back. But, you can only reach a person if you press #1 for new orders. I feel as if my money has been stolen and they are stringing me along with "it's been shipped". How after 5 days, does a business not know the tracking number of package that they shipped? It's all digital. Everyone I speak with says "I will email you when l get the tracking number". Of the 5 people + 1 manager I haven't received one email. If it truly did ship, its been 3 day I would've received it.

I purchased two ornaments... both came BROKEN. One could be glued, the other could not. Also ordered tinsel for my tree. I never received my package and no refund. I will NEVER purchase anything from Christmas Central again.

Terrible

They ran out of an item that I ordered. They told me that it had shipped out when I contacted them over 4 times to tell them that I didn't receive it. I finally spoke to a supervisor (after waiting 25 minutes) and he told me it had sold out and would I like a refund? Seriously? They are a bunch of idiots and I will never shop there again.

Awful company. Ordered christmas decoration from christmas central as a third party thru Wamart.ca, never got them, they would not answer my emails finally had the order cancelled thru Walmart.

Will not order again

I placed an order for a holographic led light train on November 27. When it hadn't shipped 6 days later I called and was told to give them 5 business days for the order to ship. They said I would receive an email on the 5th business day with the tracking information. That was yesterday and no tracking number was sent. I called back today and was told she would contact the warehouse to check the status and call me back. Well hours later when I hadn't received a call I called them, only to find that I think they closed for the day. It has been 8 days since my order was placed and they have not shipped my order, can't tell me when it will ship or if they even have it. Now I want my money back! And it's sad that now other products I could have ordered instead of this one on Black Friday are now out of stock! I won't order from this company again.

Buyer Beware!

I placed an order for five boxes of Christmas ornaments on November 19th AND my credit card was charged the full amount that day. Knowing that it is peak season and it is during a pandemic, I let 7 business days pass while my order kept showing "awaiting fulfillment." After contacting the company four times over three days about my order and told my order would "ship out today," followed by a runaround that they "are waiting to hear back from the warehouse" and "please be patient during this time" I was finally put in touch with a supervisor today (December 4) and told my order has been canceled because the items are now out of stock. No explanation as to why all of the items showed that they were in stock when I placed the order or why I wasn't informed earlier so that I could try and find similar ornaments somewhere else, which are now unavailable anywhere so close to Christmas. Stay away from Christmas Central!

Was looking on the net to purchase bulk christmas lights and found Christmas central to have what I needed, so I looked at the rewieves ( both positives and negatives) and was real nervous to make my order with this company. However I decided to give them a chance, and it seems that that I made the right decision. Their method of shipping was very fast with damage "even for December ", and the Quality of the items that I purchased was great ( plus all of the net lights worked). I would like to give a big THANK YOU to Christmas central and to the Employee(s) that took my order, handled the items, packed, and shipped them with pride. You will have my business again... Buyer beware
November 23, 2020

I bought 9 wreaths. They were too small pretty unrealistic looking. I decided to return them, but that is when I found out we pay return shipping. They told me because they were not damaged it's just buyers remorse, and up to the customer to pay return shipping. Never mind they look cheap as all get out. It cost me $30 to send them back.

ORDER NUMBER ******* PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST AND BE THOUGHTFUL! I ordered a tree, decorated it with my children and today the tree is dead. It's full of decorations I am begging for someone to send me a replacement once I receive I will transfer my decorations and send back the broken tree. I emailed images to customer service explained everything. You know what I received Dorothy advising ups will pick up the tree and they will make 3 attempts? OK first are you going to reassure me the same tree will be sent 2nd can you accommodate the customer? I have my tree full of glass ornaments why should I have to now remove everything until the new tree gets here can you please send me a replacement? I can easily transfer my items to the new tree. WHEN WILL UPS BE HERE I WORK I HAVE TO REMOVE ALL OF MY BELONGINGS. ITS SAD SERIOUSLY CONNECT WITH DOROTHY SHE APPARENTLY HAS NO COMPASSION OR THRIVE TO ASSIST ANYONE. I SPENT OVER $300.00 FOR A TREE TO DIE IN 24 HOURS-LOOK AT MY IMAGE THE TREE IS FULL OF DECORATIONS YOU WANT ME TO REMOVE EVERYTHING THEN HAVE TO PACK IT UP UNTIL A NEW TREE COMES? Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware alert! Do not order from this company! Placed a large order as shipping stated all items ship within 2 business days. It's now been 7 business days and nothing has shipped. I've contacted customer service 5 times and each time the rep says the exact same thing "order is taken care of all will ship tonight. We'll call you or send you an email confirmation tonight" not one returned call or email and still no shipping. They do not allow order cancellations either. I was supposedly transferred to a Mgr. Who read the same script as all the others. Most unprofessional company and customer service department I've ever dealt with. I will be sharing this review on all social media accounts as well as google reviews to ensure they do not receive any business from friends, family, colleagues and more.

This company has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After asking Prior to ordering if an item would arrive on time the actual order wasn't even processed until 3 days later. I paid for overnight shipping and contacted the company 3 times before the item left their warehouse before they finally responded fully saying the item was in route and would take 7 days to arrive. Now they are expecting me to pay for the shipping costs for a product I have no use for and was ordered under the misguided assumption it would arrive when I actually needed it. Their customer service give you the run around and answers only with standardized form letters and pre-written answers. Do Not Order from them unless you are ready to be disappointed.

Ordered early on monday and paid for 2 day ship. Order says it will not be here until Thursday. I contacted and got nothing but run around about policy. 2 days is 2 darn days not 4. They are terrible and warn you to stay away

Hello Ben. I'm sorry you are disappointed with your experience. Two days shipping refers to the time after the order is picked. As stated in our policies, it takes 1-2 days to pick an item (sometimes longer during peak Christmas season). I don't know what time you placed your order Monday, but it then takes two days to arrive after it is picked. This is standard procedure everywhere.
